★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo! Mil ligações pra conseguir ser atendido em uma, aí falam pra gente ligar tal dia que vão abrir a agenda do mês, quando a gente liga no determinado dia, diz que só tem vaga quase um mês depois( isso a gente ligando bem cedo e ligando 20 vezes pra ser atendido 1 vez)!

Esse número que dão nas respostas das reclamações, também não atende.
Será que vcs não estão vendo que tem que mudar o sistema de atendimento ao público?
Vocês acham justo a gente se deslocar pra marcar uma consulta porque as atendentes não atendem ou vcs não tem linha suficiente?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A ultima vez que fui, as atendentes conversavam entre si, mostravam fotos no celular, sorriam, nem pareciam estarem trabalhando, enquanto isso não chamavam quem precisava ser atendido. Esperei mais de 2 horas e la não tinha tantas pessoas assim para demorar tanto. Tratamento péssimo! Os médicos parecem serem bons, mas a equipe da recepção, só jesus na causa, a educação passou foi longe desse equipe, eu reclamava e elas fingiam que eu não existia.
The last time I went, the attendants talked to each other, showed photos on their cell phones, smiled, or even seemed to be working, while they didn't call who needed to be attended. I waited more than 2 hours and there weren't that many people to take so long. Lousy treatment! The doctors seem to be good, but the reception staff, just jesus in the cause, education passed away from this team, I complained and they pretended that I didn't exist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei às 7h , era a primeira para meu médico. Qdo entramos uma das atendentes colocou um rapaz que chegou depois de na minha frente e que era para o mesmo médico que eu. Resultou que ele entrou primeiro e depois o médico foi fazer um monte de exames para depois me atender. Reclamei mas não adiantou nada.

I arrived at 7 am, it was the first for my doctor. When we entered one of the attendants put a boy who arrived after me and who was for the same doctor as me. It turned out that he came in first and then the doctor went to do a lot of tests to see me later. I complained but it didn't help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Miguel é bom médico. Tive primeira consulta e não consegui mais voltar por falta de um bom atendimento e comunicação falha das atendentes. Procurei outra clínica.
Dr. Miguel is a good doctor. I had my first appointment and couldn't go back due to lack of good service and poor communication from the attendants. I looked for another clinic.

Tive que me deslocar 3 vezes para ser atendida nesta clínica já com a autorização do meu plano, quando finalmente a médica apareceu ela disse que não poderia realizar meu exame por conta de um prazo que ela mesma estabeleceu . Falta de profissionalismo e ética. Não recomendo está clinica.
Terrible attendance! I had to go 3 times to be seen at this clinic with the authorization of my plan, when the doctor finally came she said she could not perform my exam due to a deadline that she herself established. Lack of professionalism and ethics. I do not recommend this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Miguel é um excelente médico conseguiu controlar a minha asma de anos com crises muito frequentes, agora tenho crises muito raras e super leves.
O que bota a perder só é as atendentes, péssimas, parece que estão lá forçadas ou tem estabilidade no emprego e não tão nem aí. Só não leva as 5 estrelas por conta delas.
Dr. Miguel is an excellent doctor managed to control my asthma for years with very frequent attacks, now I have very rare and super mild attacks.
What you lose is only the attendants, terrible, it seems that they are forced there or have job stability and they don't care. It just doesn't get the 5 stars because of them.
