★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preciso compartilhar um fato que aconteceu comigo hj 07/04/22 uma decepção q vergonha ah mais d 20 anos compro na Propé Sumaré sempre paguei certinho nunca tive problema mais no dia 17/12/21 fiz uma compra no valor 1.109,20 nessa compra comprei três presentes p pessoas diferentes Luzi Crepaldi Glenda Vitória Lu Sana
e infelizmente deu defeito e dois presentes eles trocaram por bônus ok e o terceiro presente alguém me ligou dizendo q foi trocado por bônus fui na loja hj por incrível q pareça queria me dar a peça consertada ( Sr Gerente João) me questionava quem me ligou que dia me ligaram qual era nome d funcionário que me ligou e saiu perguntando na loja quem tinha me ligado gente vc acha msm q vou lembrar d nome d pessoa q me ligou mais mostrei p ele o número q tinha me ligado realmente era d loja afirmando q não estava mentindo absurdo meu deus que vergonha gente pela mor deus me expondo na frente d tds que humilhação por causa 169.90 mais enfim fiz a minha quitação 556,00 e nunca mais entro nessa loja !
I need to share a fact that happened to me today 04/07/22 a shameful disappointment ah more than 20 years I buy at Propé Sumaré I always paid right never had a problem but on 12/17/21 I made a purchase worth 1,109.20 in this purchase I bought three gifts for different people Luzi Crepaldi Glenda Vitória Lu Sana
and unfortunately it was defective and two gifts they exchanged for bonuses ok and the third gift someone called me saying that it was exchanged for bonuses I went to the store today as incredible as it seems wanted to give me the repaired part (Mr Manager João) asked me who called me that The day they called me what was the name of the employee who called me and left asking at the store who had called me do you really think I'll remember the name of the person who called me but I showed him the number that had called me really was from the store saying that I wasn't lying absurd my god what a shame people for God's sake exposing me in front of all what a humiliation because 169.90 but finally I made my discharge 556.00 and I never enter that store again!
