★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were looking into a property at Mallet. However after meet with the owner and as well the real estate agent we were informed that they were looking for 30 month lease (a fat joke in my view). Besides the requirement for a cosigner, cosigner insurance, or a ridiculous
capitalization title (30 months), the owner had verbally agreed to place a clause in the contract for 12 months allowing us to vacate the property if we wish. However after spend time trying to get everything straight with the Real Estate Company the sales agent told me that owner changed her mind and did not want the release clause anymore. This was my first and last experience with this agency. The sad part is the disregard about our time and efforts waste trying to get the lease signed. Should the agent spend the necessary efforts and make her due diligence in get all the facts and points straight out this would not cause a lost to us. Stay away from them and their landlords.
