Estava com suspeita de dengue, manifestando sintomas há seis dias. Expliquei a situação à atendente que indicou que eu fizesse o teste NS1. Entrei para retirar sangue e devem ter usado uma agulha muito grossa, porque não apenas doeu na hora como a região ficou dolorida e inchada o resto do dia.
O teste deu negativo (mesmo eu estando com dengue) e falei com uma médica (não vinculada à pró sangue). A mesma explicou que o teste NS1 é para ser feito no começo dos sintomas e que seria inefetivo com seis dias e recomendou que eu fizesse o teste de sorologia. Dirigi-me ao laboratório fdiniz e os atendentes foram bastante atenciosos e a perfuração para retirada de sangue ocorreu de forma quase imperceptível, nem marca da perfuração ficou poucos minutos após.

I went in to draw blood and they must have used a very thick needle, because not only did it hurt at the time, but the area was sore and swollen the rest of the day.
The test was negative (even though I had dengue fever) and I spoke to a doctor (not linked to the pro-blood). She explained that the NS1 test is to be done at the beginning of symptoms and that it would be ineffective after six days and recommended that I do the serology test. I went to the fdiniz laboratory and the attendants were very attentive and the perforation to remove blood occurred almost imperceptibly, not even a mark of perforation remained a few minutes later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, informações desencontradas, cada uma fala uma coisa, tem uma política de marcação horrível.Apos Passar pela médica perguntei a atendente se já deveria marcar o retorno e ela disse q não só qdo tivesse com os exames em mãos, assim eu fiz ,mas quem atendeu já mim disse q só marcaria apartir do dia 15, lembrei ela da minha data de retorno, disse q não tinha problema ,blz relaxei , aí ligo hj pra marcar mim disseram q só marca pra o próximo mês e q teria q pagar outra consulta ,esse povo pensa q dinheiro tá fácil? Que absurdo, pago outra consulta sim mas em um lugar q respeite meus direitos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Médicos muito competentes, equipe atenciosa, no entanto, mesmo com tanta tecnologia disponível, a clínica utiliza ainda um profissional chamando pacientes para consulta, havendo no local uma televisão apenas para fazer propaganda da clínica, ao invés de utiliza-la para organização de chamada dos pacientes para as consultas. Como toda clínica é barulhenta, além do uso das máscaras, o que dificulta a interlocução do atendente chamando os pacientes. Enfim, uma sugestão de melhora, o que acarreta em preservação da voz do atendente, além da diminuição do paciente perder a vez porque o sistema utilizado é inificiente.
