★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como o laboratório Próton atende também aos pacientes do hospital Centro Médico, ocorre muito atraso no atendimento. Já estou há mais de duas horas aguardando para fazer um exame que estava agendado. Lamentavelmente não há previsão de quando isso acontecerá porque passaram quatro pacientes na minha frente. Falta pessoal para dar conta do atendimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recepcionista Mirta, alocada no centro médico, extremamente soberba e debochada. A mesma, sem conseguir cadastrar minha mãe no sistema mesmo estando tudo correto com a carteira da Unimed, pediu que eu ligasse para a Unimed para resolver o cadastro dela no sistema, caso contrário minha mãe não faria a tomografia mesmo estando no pronto socorro! Liguei diversas vezes mas as ligações caiam. Pedi ajuda para a profissional bruna, que ao contestar a mirta sobre o problema em cadastrar no sistema, a mesma foi debochada, arrogante dizendo que sabia fazer seu serviço, foi irônica e literalmente fez pouco caso! Vi que a mesma tratou outros pacientes e acompanhantes com desdém. Por favor, não mantenham essa mulher desprezaram!!
Receptionist Mirta, allocated in the medical center, extremely superb and mocking. The same one, unable to register my mother in the system even though everything was correct with the Unimed card, asked me to call Unimed to solve her registration in the system, otherwise my mother would not do the CT scan even though she was in the emergency room! I called several times but the calls dropped. I asked professional bruna for help, who, when contesting Mirta about the problem with registering in the system, was mocked, arrogant saying she knew how to do her job, it was ironic and literally made little sense! I saw that she treated other patients and companions with disdain. Please don't keep this woman despised!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um exame dia 22/01, marquei as 17:30 e entrei para fazer a tomografia as 19h, detalhe em jejum desde as 11:30 pq o preparo exigia jejum de 6h.
São 5 dias úteis para sair resultado, porém fui entrando no site desde 26/01 para ver se já estava pronto, dias 26 e 27 o site estava fora do ar, dia 28/01 último dia do prazo site voltou ao ar, porém nada do laudo. Liguei na próton, disseram que até 18h ainda seria quinto dia útil. Hoje é dia 29/01 (sábado) e disseram que agora só segunda-feira, TALVEZ AINDA. É um descaso visto que se trata de caso de saúde que pode ou não ser urgente.
I had an exam on 01/22, I scheduled it at 5:30 pm and went in for the tomography at 7 pm, detail fasting since 11:30 am because the preparation required fasting for 6 hours.
It takes 5 business days to get the result, but I have been entering the site since 01/26 to see if it was ready, on the 26th and 27th the site was down, on the 28/01th, last day of the deadline, the site came back online, but nothing of the report. I called the proton, they said that until 18:00 it would still be the fifth business day. Today is the 29/01th (Saturday) and they said that now only Monday, MAYBE YET. It is a negligence since it is a health case that may or may not be urgent.

Demorei 3 horas para realizar uma tomografia que já estava agendada. E ainda outras pessoas agendadas depois de mim passaram na frente. Péssimo atendimento. Pagamos convênio para ser mais rápido o atendimento.
E perderam minha veia avisei que estava doendo e mesmo assim administraram o contraste. Quase morri de dor. Esta queimando meu braço até agora. Inchado. Espero que não necrose, pq tem medicamento que tem risco de necrose. Não indico. Triste demais.

It took me 3 hours to perform a CT scan that was already scheduled. And still other people scheduled after me went ahead. Terrible attendance. We pay an agreement to be faster service.
And they lost my vein, I told them it was hurting and even then they administered the contrast. I almost died from the pain. It's burning my arm by now. Swollen. I hope it doesn't necrosis, because there is medication that has a risk of necrosis. I do not indicate. Too sad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após ver as avaliações positivas feitas a essa clínica aqui no Google, decidi agendar uma ressonância por telefone, sendo orientado a enviar os documentos por Whatsapp. Para minha frustação, enviei todo o necessário por lá, porém, fui simplesmente ignorado pelos atendentes, que seguiam online, mas não responderam mais nenhuma mensagem, mesmo após dois dias tentando interagir com os mesmos. Um descaso enorme, que só em fez perder tempo e atrasar minha recuperação. Não perca você também o seu tempo.
After seeing the positive reviews made to this clinic here on Google, I decided to schedule an MRI by phone, being guided to send the documents by Whatsapp. To my frustration, I sent everything necessary there, however, I was simply ignored by the attendants, who were online, but did not respond to any messages, even after two days of trying to interact with them. A huge neglect, which only made me waste time and delayed my recovery. Don't waste your time either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO CONFIEM NO AGENDAMENTO! Só existe para fazer o usuário do serviço esperar por horas na fila, como se não tivéssemos outros compromissos! Conseguem demorar mais para chamar para o atendimento do que em hospital público, ou seja, pagar convênio e esperar em dobro, ter que cancelar compromissos por ter que esperar horas por um atendimento AGENDADO com hora marcada e que ainda pedem para chegar 30 minutos antes. Caros dependentes desse local (serviço), vão preparados inclusive com lanche para não ficarem com fome esperando. Sente-se e espere a vontade, pois pontual, somente a cobrança do pagamento do plano!
