péssimo, não é de se assustar com a nota baixa que tem.
 Attendants don't know what they're doing there... I called to schedule an MRI and she is totally lost, I just couldn't get the appointment because she doesn't know how to do her job.
terrible, it's not to be scared with the low grade it has.

Attendants do not know how to pass correct information about accepted exams and health insurances. Total disrespect and disregard for the customer who schedules a whole day to take exams.

Nunca mais fasso nada nesse lugar de pessoas irresponsáveis e tivesse de morrer a pessoa morre e eles não liberam o laudo

Terrible, I paid 350 to schedule a CT scan and more than 1 month has passed and the report scheduled for 02.11 has not come out
I never do anything again in this place of irresponsible people and if I had to die, the person dies and they don't release the report

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atende muito bem, são educados e ágeis. Clínica limpa, grande, elegante. Fui atendido via Iamspe e deu tudo certo, com excelente exame ultrassom realizado pela Dra. Marcela e a assistente cujo nome desconheço.
They serve very well, they are polite and agile. Clean, big, elegant clinic. I was attended via Iamspe and everything went well, with an excellent ultrasound exam performed by Dr. Marcela and the assistant whose name I don't know.

Sumiram com meu Laudo alegando que as imagens da ressonância desapareceram do sistema. Sempre a mesma história que vi nos comentários. Não sabem nem colocar o acesso para o contraste, a funcionária não achava a veia e tentou no pulso, pegando um nervo. Nunca mais apareço nessa "clínica", se é que se pode chamar clínica. Falta de respeito e são muito irresponsáveis.

They disappeared with my report claiming that the resonance images disappeared from the system. Always the same story I saw in the comments. They don't even know how to place the access for contrast, the employee couldn't find the vein and tried it on the wrist, picking up a nerve. I never appear at this "clinic" again, if you can call it a clinic. Disrespectful and very irresponsible.

Ocorre que a atividade empresarial se da clínica é restrita da porta pra dentro, o doutor não é dono da rua pra privatizar vaga em solo público.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui bem atendida por todos, desde as recepcionistas até a equipe técnica, porém meu laudo está em atraso...
Eu fazia pela Diagmed, lá na Diagmed você fica esperando no mínimo duas horas para realizar um exame, na Cemedi não esperei, nas duas vezes foi no horário agendado..
Acredito que por ter diversas reclamações aqui, a clínica deve estar melhorando nesse quesito, porém o LAUDO ainda está em atraso, vocês deveriam cumprir com o prazo, ou então estender o prazo já quem não conseguem colocar no prazo estipulado! Muitas vezes organizamos nossas vidas em cima de consultas agendadas, e um laudo atrasado bagunça toda uma agenda médica! Experiência própria... então uma dica, na minha opinião só teria que melhorar em questões de prazo!
I was well attended by everyone, from the receptionists to the technical team, but my report is overdue...
I did it for Diagmed, at Diagmed you wait at least two hours to take an exam, at Cemedi I didn't wait, both times it was at the scheduled time..
I believe that because there are several complaints here, the clinic must be improving in this regard, but the REPORT is still overdue, you should meet the deadline, or else extend the deadline for those who can't put it within the stipulated deadline! We often organize our lives around scheduled appointments, and a late report messes up an entire medical agenda! My own experience... so a tip, in my opinion I would only have to improve in terms of deadlines!
