Fiz cadastro três vezes, agendei instalação e aguardei em casa por três ocasiões, e ninguém apareceu nem entrou em contato. Cheguei por indicação de um vizinho, mas depois de perder tanto tempo, desisti. Não recomendo a ninguém!
 I wasted two weeks trying to be a Prov Telecom customer. Uselessly! I registered three times, scheduled installation and waited at home on three occasions, and no one showed up or got in touch. I arrived on the recommendation of a neighbor, but after wasting so much time, I gave up. I don't recommend it to anyone!
