I can't speak on the phone, I didn't receive a ticket and I'm without absurd internet nimguem to guide and not to inform that they changed operator.

Cai toda semana, suporte e atendimento ao cliente de péssima qualidade e a internet é horrível. Vale mais a pena pagar um plano de internet 4G no celular que é muito melhor.
Vou procurar um novo provedor o mais rápido possível,

Every week, poor quality support and customer service and the internet sucks. It is more worthwhile to pay for a 4G internet plan on your cell phone that is much better.
I will look for a new provider as soon as possible,

Agora até mudou de nome para Up Web mas o serviço continua péssimo, e eles não fazem questão nenhuma de melhorar. Estou a semanas sem internet esperando o técnico que nunca aparece.
Horrible, and ill-mannered!
Now it has even changed its name to Up Web but the service remains lousy, and they do not matter to improve. I am weeks without internet waiting for the technician that never appears.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha internet está com Ping alto e muita perda de pacote. Mandei mensagem no whatsapp de manhã cedo e chegou a tarde e nada ainda! Ninguém atende no telefone também. Não consigo trabalhar com esta internet e nem consigo atendimento.
My internet has high Ping and a lot of packet loss. I sent a message on whatsapp early in the morning and the afternoon arrived and nothing yet! Nobody answers on the phone either. I can't work with this internet and I can't get service.
