★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionárias mal educadas da unidade de Perdizes, levei meus dois filhos (um de 4 meses e outro de 5 anos) e elas nem cumprimentam ninguém.
Ficam olhando pra sua cara esperando você falar para o que foi!
Sem contar o valor altíssimo das vacinas e o máximo de parcelas é 3x.
Não indico! Não volto! Indignada com a falta de respeito com o ser humano e cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Profissionais atenciosas e competentes. Atendimento excelente e, ao contrário de outras clínicas de vacinação, não ficam insistindo para te vender vacinas que a rede pública fornece gratuitamente. Para melhorar, poderiam fazer alguma parceria com o estacionamento que existe no térreo.
Attentive and competent professionals. Excellent service and, unlike other vaccination clinics, they are not insisting on selling you vaccines that the public network provides for free. To improve, they could make some partnership with the parking that exists on the ground floor.

Geralmente somos bem atendidos, mesmo sendo convênio, as enfermeiras são muito atenciosas e capacitadas, as vacinas nunca deram uma reação ruim na minha pequena, são de boa qualidade. Mas se você quiser ir de sábado depois das 10h esquece, realmente complica, o negócio lota e a clínica não tem estrutura, deveria ter um agendamento. Outro problema é a falta de convênio com o estacionamento do lado, que nem tolerância tem e parar na rua é impossível. Mas ok pra mim no geral.
It all depends on the time you go. But if you want to go from Saturday after 10am forget, really complicates, the business and the clinic has no structure, should have a schedule. Another problem is the lack of agreement with the parking on the side, which neither tolerance has and stop in the street is impossible. But ok for me in general.
