Consegui realizar meu objetivo de mudança para um imóvel maior e melhor em relação ao meu antigo. Rapidez e agilidade em todo processo através de grupos no WhatsApp é um grande diferencial. As indicações de serviços para financiamento, cartórios e acompanhamento principalmente com dúvidas, geram uma confiança e conforto no geral. Excellent service through the broker Beto Francisquiny who brokered an exchange negotiation that even I didn't believe would work. I was able to accomplish my goal of moving to a bigger and better property compared to my old one. Speed and agility in the entire process through groups on WhatsApp is a great differential. Indications of services for financing, notaries and follow-up, especially with doubts, generate confidence and comfort in general. I say that the experience I had with the Provectum network positively surprised me, so it is highly recommended!

Fui até a unidade do Castelo, anunciei o meu apartamento, entreguei a minha chave, assinei todos os documentos solicitados e geraram um código do anúncio. Após um mês da negociação, percebi que não anunciaram no site da Provectum e em nenhum outro portal. Fui questionar e informaram que a diretoria retirou do site todos os aluguéis abaixo de R$1.100,00 e não querem trabalhar com esses valores nos portais. Meu imóvel ficou oculto e ninguém nos informou desse "novo" procedimento, sendo que no dia da negociação fui informada que eles iriam até o apartamento colocar a placa e também fariam o anúncio pelos portais virtuais, nenhuma das ações foram realizadas. Eu deveria ter sido informada sobre essas mudanças...Fizeram pouco caso. Já me haviam alertado sobre esse descaso da Provectum e não acreditei, sendo assim fica a dica para os próximos clientes...
Total disregard for small properties.
I went to the Castelo unit, announced my apartment, handed over my key, signed all the requested documents and generated an ad code. After a month of negotiation, I realized that they did not advertise on the Provectum website or on any other portal. I went to question and they informed that the board removed all rents below R$1,100.00 from the site and they do not want to work with these values on the portals. My property was hidden and no one informed us of this "new" procedure, and on the day of the negotiation I was informed that they would go to the apartment to put the sign and also make the announcement through the virtual portals, none of the actions were carried out. I should have been informed about these changes...They ignored it. I had already been warned about this neglect by Provectum and I didn't believe it, so here's the tip for the next customers...
