THIS ELDORADO IS A JOKE !! THE INTERNET IS VERY SLOW AND GOOD PART OF THE DAY IS OUT OF AIR, HAS NO TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND ALWAYS EXCUSE ... BY CALLING THE PHONES MANY TIMES! A REAL SHAME THAT COMPANY.

Não tem um mês que eu coloquei esse lixo e já estou com uma semana sem internet.
Não aconselho ninguém colocar. É melhor usar Holística pelo menos o atendimento ao cliente é melhor, pois pedir uma visita tec. e até agora nada. A Holística pelo menos é competente nesse caso.
Aff!
There is not a month that I put this garbage and already have a week without internet.
I advise no one to place. It is better to use Holistic at least the customer service is better, as ask for a tec visit. and so far nothing. Holistics is at least competent in this case.

At first, the internet almost didn't fall, but now it's just falling and slow! Not to mention that most of the time the whole weekend goes without internet! Unfortunate

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet cai todo santo dia e o suporte técnico é demorado, sem contar que se cair no sábado, eles só vão resolver o problema no início da semana. Então, se você tiver querendo se estressar e passar raiva, com certeza a Eldorado vai te ajudar.
Internet goes down every single day and technical support is time consuming, not to mention that if it goes down on Saturday, they will only solve the problem at the beginning of the week. So, if you want to be stressed and angry, for sure Eldorado will help you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ultimamente está tendo mts quedas, além de lentidao. O suporte via whatsapp é inútil, não resolve quase nenhum problema nem passa a informacao se o msm foi resolvido (pelo que eu vi, só há apenas um atendente no whatsapp). No começo estava boa, mas de um tempo pra cá está assim. Tem mt o que melhorar para os clientes se quiserem ainda te-los.
Lately it's been having a lot of falls, in addition to slowness. The support via whatsapp is useless, it does not solve almost any problem nor does it pass on information if the msm has been resolved (from what I saw, there is only one operator on whatsapp). In the beginning it was good, but for some time now it's been like this. There is a lot to improve for customers if they still want to have them.
