Acreditem em mim, FUJAM dessa associação, eles não tem o mínimo de compromisso com seus clientes. Te enrolam ate não conseguir mais e depois te oferecem um valor MUITO menor que seu prejuizo para "resolver" a situação, caso nao aceite eles aconselham a procurar seus direitos na justiça mesmo sabendo que vão perder a causa.
Desde já adianto que teram MAIS um processinho pra responder perante a justiça.
PROBLE VEHICLE DEPROTECTION!
Believe me, FUJAM from this association, they don't have the minimum commitment to their customers. Roll you up until you can't get more and then offer you a MUCH lesser value than your loss to "resolve" the situation, if you don't accept it they advise you to seek your rights in court even though you will lose the case.
I already advance that they will have MORE processinho to answer before the justice.

Se dizem ser uma "associação de proteção veicular" mas é somente enquanto você paga os boletos, pois quando acontece algum acidente com seu veículo eles te oferecem um valor irisório para "resolver" a situação, e caso não aceite te deixam a mercê da justiça.
Procurem outra associação, pois a Provel além de desonesta terceiriza os problemas dos seus clientes para a justiça brasileira "que é lenta e desgastante".
Os comentários da empresa na internet falam por si só!
Definitivamente eu nao recomendo a Provel!

Look for another association, as Provel, in addition to being dishonest, outsources its clients' problems to the Brazilian court "which is slow and exhausting".
The company's comments on the internet speak for themselves!
I definitely don't recommend Provel!

É obrigatório o uso do rastreador no caso das motos, devido a sobre carga do rastreador, queimou a caixa de fusíveis, relé, e danificando a bateria, a ponto de ser trocada. Tive prejuízo de 824 reais. Comprovado pela concessionária, que os problemas acarretados, foram sim pelo rastreador, corri o risco da perda da garantia da moto, e não tive nenhuma manifestação da associação Provel. Sem nenhum respaldo da associação, cancelei serviços, não recomendo esta associação Provel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre que precisei dos serviços fui muito bem atendida, colocaram peças originais no meu carro precisei de um reboque de outra cidade eles mandaram um carro me busca mais de 200 km eu e minha família viemos muito satisfeitos e alem do mais não demorou nem um mês pra me entrega o carro levei no lugar de minha confiança e eles autorizaram e pagaram tudo certinho eu indico e muito essa associação e fora isso tem mais de 8 pessoas que já indiquei e sempre indico então parabéns pra todos desde o atendende ao mecânico a todos
