★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A maioria das reclamações é pela dificuldade de agendamento pelo telefone, sendo que ele é feito no site da PBH todo dia 28, pelo telefone e em outros dias nem adianta tentar. E também muita gente reclama da falta de compreensão por atraso, simples NÃO ATRASE. O estabelecimento é limpo, agradável e seguro. Atendimento excelente, simples e prático.

I neutered two kittens here. They were very well attended, super attentive staff. About scheduling, I did it through the website which is much faster, openings open every end of the month.
