Localização de fácil acesso.
Eles têm um atendimento da recepção muito especial em informar com total transparência e educação.
Qdo cheguei fui muito bem recebida e logo fizeram um cadastro e sempre atenciosas ofereceram café, água para mim e minha cadelinha(em um bebedouro próprio) este mimo para tds os pacientes presentes na recepção.
Entrada facilitada para deficientes, rua calma e de fácil estacionamento.
Com proteção e segurança total.
Ambiente climatizado e banheiro limpo.
Consultório muito bem organizado e materiais descartáveis
A doutora que me atendeu fez um relatório ambulatorial tão detalhado que nos 10 anos que tenho acompanhado minha pet as consultas não observei nenhum atendimento tão eficiente.
E neste período de pandemia tds estão devidamente fundamentado em uso de máscara, assim como é proibida a entrada de clientes sem máscara.
Álcool em gel e lavatório para lavar as mãos.
Com todos os pontos positivos.
Um ponto negativo.
Muito tempo de espera.
E tanto os clientes, qto os pets ficam cansados e estressados.
E os preços dos exames, consulta e cirurgia está na média de Jacarepaguá.

When I arrived I was very well received and soon they made a registration and were always attentive and offered coffee, water for me and my dog (in a proper drinking fountain) this treat for all the patients present at the reception.
Easy entry for the disabled, quiet street and easy parking.

The doctor who attended me made an outpatient report so detailed that in the 10 years that I have accompanied my pet the consultations I have not observed any such efficient service.

Simply the best veterinary clinic I've ever been to, you guys are not good, YOU ARE VERY GOOD, from the girl at the reception to the Doctors, all super attentive, charismatic, they treated my pet as if it were theirs, almost my pet changes sides and stays there with them..lol
Congratulations.....for more human beings like this, with lots of love for our pets.
