Me ajudou a superar uma fase muito difícil na minha vida e também a me descobrir melhor depois disso e a encontrar melhor meu norte na vida. As sessões aliadas ao tratamento com psiquiatra foram essenciais pra eu chegar onde estou hoje. Recomendo pra qualquer pessoa. Saúde (especialmente mental nesse período) é algo que não podemos deixar pra depois.
Rafael is an extremely professional, attentive and capable psychologist. It helped me to overcome a very difficult period in my life and also to discover myself better after that and to find my north in life better. The sessions combined with treatment with a psychiatrist were essential for me to get where I am today. I recommend it to anyone. Health (especially mental health during this period) is something we cannot leave behind.
