★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu perdi a metade das minhas sessões aguardando a Psicóloga Gisele arrumar a câmera no atendimento. Não indico e o processo interno piorou. Eu não gostei do atendimento da Eliana “ Se você estiver com pressa procure outro pelo o seu plano pois não temos previsões.
I missed half of my sessions waiting for Psychologist Gisele to fix the camera in attendance. I don't indicate and the internal process got worse. I didn't like Eliana's service “If you're in a hurry, look for another one for your plan because we don't have any forecasts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo essa clinica, são totalmente despreparados para lhe dar com pacientes, minha filha passou com uma psicóloga q no primeiro dia já atendeu ela com 40 min de atraso e a duração da sessão foi de 38 min, liguei na clinica para entender o ocorrido, me disseram q foi culpa da clinica q passou o horário errado para a psicóloga, e que na próxima sessão iriam repor o horário perdido, na segunda sessão a profissional atendeu por 40 min e falou q tinha paciente em seguida e q ia repor na outra sessão, pediu para minha filha chegar mais cedo, liguei novamente para saber quanto tempo durava a sessão, pois faço terapia a anos e sempre durou 50 min, a clinica explicou q a abordagem deles só duram 40 min, eu pensei q era por se tratar de profissionais q atendem plano de saúde, pois sempre passei no particular e sempre foi 50 min, me disseram q não era isso e que muitas terapias duram 40 mi, OK
Aceitei o argumento e segui em frente, 3 dias depois a clinica me liga dispensando minha filha, pois a profissional não se sentia a vontade para atende-la, ate ai eu poderia ate entender, ela ficou insegura, talvez por falta de experiência, mas ela devia ter tido um pouco de profissionalismo, devia ter esperado a próxima sessão e explicado para minha filha q não estava confortável tratando ela depois q a mãe questionou os 40 min afinal eu sei bem q para fazer terapia tem q haver um vinculo entre as partes, mas ela não foi capaz nem de assumir q não suporta ser questionada, ou não esta preparada para isso. Não indico essa clinica para ninguém

I accepted the argument and moved on, 3 days later the clinic calls me dismissing my daughter, because the professional did not feel comfortable attending to her, until then I could even understand, she was insecure, perhaps due to lack of experience, but she should have been a little professional, should have waited for the next session and explained to my daughter that she was not comfortable treating her after her mother questioned the 40 min after all I know very well that in order to be in therapy there has to be a bond between the parties, but she hasn't even been able to admit that she can't stand to be questioned, or isn't ready for it. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone.
