★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A renovação da minha habilitação fiz o exame dia 29/10 até hoje no sistema está pendente não consta meu resultado mas na clínica estou aprovado mas no sistema só dá pendente muito ruim falta de respeito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já liguei 18 vezes para essa bendita clínica e ninguém atende. Um absurdo! Preciso do resultado dos teste, e nem isso postaram no portal do Detran. Atrasando a vida da pessoa toda.
I've called this blessed clinic 18 times and no one answers. Absurd! I need the results of the tests, and not even that posted on the Detran portal. Delaying the whole person's life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima clínica, não coloca o resultado do exame no site do detran e não atende os telefones. Muita falta de responsabilidade e respeito pra quem paga um valor pra obter o serviço e não consegue dar início a habilitação por conta da clínica.
Bad clinic, does not post the exam results on the DMV website and does not answer the phones. A lot of lack of responsibility and respect for those who pay a fee to get the service and are unable to start the license on account of the clinic.

Como o Detran licencia uma clínica dessas?
Dirty, hot, ugly place, looks like a chain. Lousy service. I haven't been able to get my psychometric test result for weeks! NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONES. THERE IS NOTHING ON THE DETRAN WEBSITE.

Os telefones parece que são orelhões públicos, só atende quem ta passando na hora. (Entranho pq quando estive lá a recepcionista ficava no lugar certinho)
Uma demora infernal para o resultado. Enfim, não sei como consegue se cadastrar na zorra do Detran.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou há 30mins tentando contato com a clínica para agendar o exame e ninguém atende o telefone. Já foram mais de 20 ligações até cair na caixa. Pelos comentários percebe-se que o mesmo problema é recorrente há tempo suficiente para que tivessem melhorado o atendimento ao público, o que demonstra total falta de interesse e respeito. É MUITO descaso!
I've been trying to contact the clinic for 30 minutes to schedule the exam and no one answers the phone. There were more than 20 calls until it landed in the box. From the comments, it is clear that the same problem has been recurring for long enough for them to have improved their service to the public, which demonstrates a total lack of interest and respect. Va até o SAC e peça para mudar para outra clínica, direito de vocês!
Se continuar assim e escolher ou direcionar em outra clínica. Eles fecham e acabamos com essa humilhação gratuita!
Bad clinic, location, service, doesn't work at lunch time or when they want to.
Go to the SAC and ask to change to another clinic, your right!
