★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conhece a clinica a 13 anos quando engravidei do meu filho,e realmente os funicionarios nao eram bons e nem a estrutura....Mais hj descubri meu nódulo na tireóide aí,e desde entao sempre estou por aí....a estrutura melhor 100%...os funcionários melhor ainda....a funcionária Daniela é muito educada,paciente e me deixou muito tranquila...os medicos tbm ...muito obrigada a TODOS..

More today I discovered my thyroid nodule there, and since then I am always around .... the best structure 100% ... the employees even better .... the employee Daniela is very polite, patient and made me very calm ... the doctors too ... thank you all ..

Outro ponto: acho louvável a atitude da empresa em ler e responder de forma clara e gentil aos comentários expostos. Espero que haja uma reforma estrutural e assistencial na clínica. Desejo sucesso.
RESULTADO: Uma coordenadora do serviço (Janaína) foi educada, gentil e comprometida e conseguiu fazer o envio dos exames por e-mail, a colaboração dela foi fundamental no processo, pois os outros atendentes não tiveram o mínimo de profissionalismo. Péssimo atendimento, perderam o exame de minha mãe. Solicitei envio por email, até o momento não recebi o exame. Estamos no prejuízo com necessidade de apresentar os resulrados ao médico e não temos o exame em mãos. Além disso no dia da realização do mesmo, o médico demorou demais, minha mãe chegou na clínica 08h e só foi atendida 11h da manhã. NÃO RECOMENDO. Procurem outras clínicas.

RESULT: A service coordinator (Janaína) was polite, kind and committed and was able to send the exams by email, her collaboration was essential in the process, as the other attendants did not have the least professionalism. Bad service, they missed my mom's exam. I requested sending by email, so far I haven't received the exam. We are at a loss with the need to present the results to the doctor and we do not have the exam in hand. Furthermore, on the day of the same, the doctor took too long, my mother arrived at the clinic at 8 am and was only attended at 11 am. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Look for other clinics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento até é bonzinho na hora de marcar e fazer o exame,só que a entrega dos resultados só entrega à tarde e não avisaram,como se vc tivesse a obrigação de saber! Fiquei muito chateada! Trabalho o dia todo só tenho o período da manhã pra resolver minhas coisas e as pessoas lhe tratam com descaso e sarcasmo! Em compensação o médico super atencioso e educado,Dr.Erich. A clínica atende particular e convênios!
The service is even nice when it comes to scheduling and taking the exam, but the results are only delivered in the afternoon and they did not warn you, as if you had an obligation to know! I was really upset! I work all day I only have the morning period to sort out my things and people treat you with contempt and sarcasm! On the other hand, the super attentive and polite doctor, Dr.Erich. The clinic serves private and covenants!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei consulta para 07:30. A clínica abriu 07:45. Não respeita a ordem das senhas, e por causa de morosidade no atendimento, 03 pessoas foram atendidas antes de mim, mesmo a clínica garantindo que seria por hora marcada. O meu horário era o primeiro.
Consultório de ortopedia é em andar superior acessível somente por escada, pacientes com problemas de mobilidade não conseguem acessar.
OBSERVAÇÃO:
O médico chamou outra pessoa em minha frente, ou sejam, 04 pessoas foram atendidas antes de mim.
I scheduled an appointment for 7:30. The clinic opened at 7:45. It does not respect the order of the passwords, and because of the length of service, 03 people were seen before me, even though the clinic guaranteed that it would be by appointment. My schedule was first.
Orthopedics office is on the upper floor accessible only by stairs, patients with mobility problems cannot access.
NOTE:
The doctor called another person in front of me, that is, 04 people were seen before me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinica que tem um desrespeito total com o paciente. Marquei uma consulta e 30 minutos antes da mesma acontecer, me ligaram remarcando para a outra semana pq a profissional havia faltado. Chego lá na data marcada e a mesma profissional faltou novamente, e a clinica em nenhum momento entrou em contato comigo. Alegaram que tentaram me contatar dias antes, mas mentiram na minha cara já que não recebi nenhuma ligação. Fazem a gente de palhaço e parace até que estão fazendo o serviço de graça. Não recomendo pra ninguem.
Clinic that has a total disrespect for the patient. I made an appointment and 30 minutes before it happened, they called me rescheduling for another week because the professional was missing. I arrive there on the scheduled date and the same professional was absent again, and the clinic never contacted me. They claimed that they tried to contact me days before, but they lied to my face as I didn't get any calls. They make a clown of us and even seem to be doing the service for free. I don't recommend it to anyone.
