★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde hj por volta das 11 horas da manhã fui ao atendimento da penha de França acompanhada da minha filha de 8 anos cheguei cedo ao local pq eu saí mas cedo para fazer um exame próximo de la quando foi as 11.30 fui atendida para fazer o cadastro primeiro porém o atendimento começa depois das 13.00 quando deu 13.20 fui até o segurança do local avisar que iria almoçar com minha filha pq nao tinhamos comido nada até aquele momento então eu fui porém demorei um pouco voltei as 14.30 porém retornei ao local e perguntei se me chamaram o próprio segurança disse que chamou várias vezes porém fiquei esperando novamente para ser atendida ele sai em seguida depois retorna em alguns minutos com a cara de deboche dizendo que meu atendimento foi cancelado pq demorei mesmo sabendo que eles estavam atendendo não fiz confusão pq tinha muitas pessoas para ser atendida fica aqui minha indignação porém toda vez que compareço a unidade demoro o dia todo e não reclamo acho que deveria ter pelo menos me respeitado estou no meu direito e espero uma resposta
Good afternoon today around 11 am I went to the Penha de França service accompanied by my 8 year old daughter. I arrived at the place early because I left early to do an exam close to her when it was 11.30 I was attended to register first however the service starts after 13.00 when it was 13.20 I went to the security of the place to say that I would have lunch with my daughter because we had not eaten anything until that time so I went however it took me a while I returned at 14.30 but I returned to the place and asked if I they called the security guard himself said that he called several times but I was waiting again to be answered he leaves then he returns in a few minutes with the face of debauchery saying that my service was canceled because it took me even though they were attending I didn't make any confusion because there were many people to be served here my indignation is here but every time I attend the unit I take all day and not I complain I think I should have at least respected myself.
