 Excellent catalog, but very bad service. Being answered is practically impossible. I've been waiting for a delivery for almost a month and I don't have a refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz compra, optei por pagamento boleto. Quando da finalização do pedido, pede numero de cartão de crédito. Mandei email; sem resposta. Tento telefone; não atende. Em suma: uma ineficência total!
I made a purchase, I opted for boleto payment. When completing the order, ask for a credit card number. I sent an email; no reply. I try the phone; does not attend. In short: total inefficiency!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O catálogo da Editora é excelente. Sempre comprei nas livrarias, mas o atendimento ao cliente não existe. Não sei se não se importam. Não atendem as ligações, não entram em contato.
O site não é eficiente quando há algum problema.
Estou muito decepcionada.
The publisher's catalog is excellent. I always bought in bookstores, but customer service doesn't exist. I don't know if you don't mind. They don't answer calls, they don't get in touch.
The website is not efficient when there is a problem.
I'm very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No. 1. Não atendem o telefone, mesmo constando no site que está "aberto". No. 2. O espaço de compra de livros está mal diagramado pelos "consultores" técnicos: abre-se um quadro para inserir "país" (pra quê?, bastaria o endereço completo com espaço para país). No. 3. No espaço totalmente dispensável para país, pior ainda é que não há como digitar, pois o quadro não aceita a inclusão do nome do país. ÊTA EDITORA MAL DIRIGIDA.
No. 1. They don't answer the phone, even though it appears on the "open" website. No. 2. The space for buying books is poorly designed by the technical "consultants": a box opens to insert "country" (for what? The complete address with country space would suffice). No. 3. In the totally unnecessary space for a country, even worse is that there is no way to type, as the table does not accept the inclusion of the name of the country. THIS DIRECTLY EDITED EDITOR.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar da dificuldade no contato a editora conseguiu dar um retorno satisfatório e as desculpas foram bastante sinceras. Foram muito corteses e conseguiram recativar um cliente. Tenho certeza que as próximas compras serão mais tranquilas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Editora Perspectiva não me entregou ainda livro que comprei em novembro do ano passado diretamente no site dela e pago integralmente em uma única vez. Não atendem telefone e não dão nenhuma satisfação.
Editora Perspectiva has not yet delivered me a book that I bought in November last year directly from its website and paid for it in full in one single payment. They don't answer the phone and give no satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra no valor de 384 reais no evento da feira da USP no ano passado 2020, além da demora para entregar, alguns livros ficaram em falta e disseram que iam estornar o valor. Estou até hoje 13/01/2021 esperando o estorno de 75 reais e nada. Não respondem mais nenhum dos meus e-mails. Muito estressante isso...
I made a purchase worth 384 reais at the USP fair event last year 2020, in addition to the delay in delivery, some books were missing and said they would refund the amount. I am still today 13/01/2021 waiting for the reversal of 75 reais and nothing. They don't answer any more of my emails. Very stressful that ...
