★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi péssima, não respondem e-mails, 5 telefones diferentes os quais fiz centenas de ligações e ninguém atende. Uma estrela ainda e muito. Pela minha educação não posso falar o que penso. Lamentável.
My experience was terrible, no emails answered, 5 different phones which I made hundreds of calls and no one answers. One star is still a lot. Because of my education, I can't say what I think. Unfortunate.

I made the purchase, but the invoice does not arrive, and I have no return on the phone or email available. Payment made on 31/01 and so far nothing! Lack of respect for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, comprei livros da minha filha ,dia 31 de janeiro, e até agora não enviaram a nota fiscal e nem os livros ,já está na fatura do meu cartão o pagamento ,e os livros nada .Que falta de respeito ,porque mudam o sistema se não sabem administrar, já começou às aulas, vcs não sabem ,também??
Bad experience, I bought my daughter's books on the 31st of January, and so far they haven't sent the invoice or the books, the payment is on my card bill, and the books nothing. What a lack of respect, because they change the system if you don’t know how to manage, you’ve already started school

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei o kit para 9 ano já faz 1 mês e até agora nada de nota fiscal e pior não tem pra quem reclamar na escola SESI dizem que tem que resolver na editora, a editora tem vários telefones ninguém atende e-mail não respondem descaso total.
I bought the kit for 9 years already 1 month ago and so far no invoice and worse there is no one to complain to at SESI school they say they have to solve it at the publisher, the publisher has several phones nobody answers e-mail they do not answer total neglect.
