★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tive uma experiência muito boa, estive em uma festa no parquinho, e uma das crianças deixou cair o disco do air hockey embaixo do brinquedo, fui pegar o disco e um dos brinquedos estava com uma ponta afiada de metal onde acabei rasgando minha roupa e me cortando, ao falar com os funcionários os mesmos não me deram a mínima atenção, imagina se fosse uma criança, teria cortado o rosto com toda certeza.
I didn't have a very good experience, I was at a playground party, and one of the kids dropped the air hockey puck under the toy, went to get the puck and one of the toys had a sharp metal tip where I ended up tearing my clothes off and cutting me, when talking to the staff they did not give me the slightest attention, imagine if it was a child, would have cut the face for sure.

Porém com ess pandemia do covid, a funcionária que era o contato da empresa saiu e só nos passou dois emails que não respondem, os telefones de contato sequer chamam, eles não dão nenhum retorno em relação as festas já agendadas e pagas. Cheiro de cano....
The place is good, service has always been good too. However with this pandemic of the covid, the employee who was the contact of the company left and only gave us two emails that do not answer, the contact phones do not even call, they do not give any feedback regarding the parties already scheduled and paid for. Pipe smell ....

Se você for adulto e buscar um pouco mais de diversão (como o antigo fliperama do Itau Power Shopping) é perca de tempo.
Sem variedade alguma de maquinas, poucas maquinas e maquinas estragadas.
Não atrai, dinheiro jogado fora.
