Acabei desistindo e marquei em outro pet.
Atendimento é uma questão básica nos locais, achei muito ruim e derrubei a ligação.

Na minha família a Dra. Vanessa é quase um mito. Eu, minha mãe e meus irmãos, todos temos cachorros, e todos tratam e cofiam seus cachorros (filhos de quatro patas) para a Dra. Vanessa.
O olhar crítico, o conhecimento e a bagagem de anos de clínica veterinária fizeram com que confiássemos plenamente no parecer da Dra. E olha que ela já cuidou de problemas seríssimos de nossos cachorros.
O Pet Shop é famoso na área, seja pela excelente área de banho dos animais, pelo cuidado da Dra. Vanessa ou pelo hotelzinho. Ah, e os preços são excelentes !!

This place is special! Dr Vanessa has taken care of my dog since he was 4 months old (today he is 7 years old) and has always attended to us with a lot of love and responsibility!
