★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diferentemente de inúmeros outros locais, você se serve e monta com acompanhamentos seu açaí. Há açaí e açaí fitness. Acompanhamentos são mais de trinta. Estive duas vezes, ambas no dia 21/3/2022, turnos tarde e noite. O local é agradável, fica em uma esquina da Conselheiro Aguiar em Boa Viagem. Como acompanhamentos, além de frutas, coloquei granola mix, granola de cacau e castanha caramelizada. Mesmo o açaí que não o puro, ele não é tão doce como aqueles que abusam do xarope de guaraná. O preço depende do quanto você se serve. Paguei R$ 12,57 e R$ 13,83, respectivamente, na tarde e noite do dia 21/3.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento deste estabelecimento é péssimo. Todos os funcionários portam uma caratuja feia e sequer respondem o seu cumprimento. Boa noite e obrigado não fazem parte do seu vocabulário. Mas um entre eles se supera e creio que é o gerente já que usa uma camisa branca diferente dos demais. Este funcionário grita com os outros na frente dos clientes, reclama a cada pedido que recebe do ifood e tenho certeza que é detestado por todos os seus subordinados. Não pretendo voltar ali e não recomendo que neste estabelecimento ninguém pise. Também lido diariamente com o público e sei que as vezes o estresse nos pega mas já é a segunda vez que vou e a falta de educação não é um excessão mas sim um hábito perpetuado, a começar pelo gerente terrivelmente ranzinza que deveria estar aposentado.
The service at this establishment is terrible. All employees have an ugly face and do not even respond to greetings. Good night and thank you are not part of your vocabulary. But one of them excels and I believe it is the manager as he wears a different white shirt from the others. This employee yells at others in front of customers, complains about every order he gets from ifood and I'm sure he's hated by all his subordinates. I do not intend to go back there and I do not recommend that anyone set foot in this establishment. I also deal with the public daily and I know that sometimes the stress gets us but this is the second time I go and the lack of manners is not an exception but a perpetuated habit, starting with the terribly grumpy manager who should be retired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is currently my favorite açai place! So far it's the only one I've seen that has a "self-service" style where you can pick out the amount and the kinds of toppings you want and pay by weight. They have a lot of outdoor seatings and I've even once saw a live dj!
