★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mais uma daquela famosas lojas onde o preço é alto e a variedade é baixa.
O site é lotado de fotos porem quase 100% do produtos esgotados, ainda nao aprenderam a tirar o anúncio do ar.
 Another one of those famous stores where the price is high and the variety is low.
The site is full of photos but almost 100% of the products sold out, they still haven't learned how to take the ad off the air.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei compra on-line. Aparecia duas cobranças na fatura do cartão. Entrei em contato para obter esclarecimento sobre isto, mas nunca solicitei que cancelassem a compra e dois dias depois cancelaram a compra. Muito bagunçado este procedimento.
I purchased online. Two charges appeared on the card bill. I contacted them to get clarification on this, but I never asked them to cancel the purchase and two days later they canceled the purchase. This procedure is very messy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma carabina no dia 15/12 com entrega prometida para dia 26/12 até agora nada não sei quem é pior se a loja ou se transportadora que é incompetente. Por conta disso na minha opinião prestam um mau atendimento pos venda na hora de comprar uma Blz a na hora de dar assistência uma tranqueira não recomendo.
I bought a carbine on 12/15 with delivery promised for 12/26 so far nothing I don't know who is worse if the store or the incompetent carrier. Because of this, in my opinion, they provide a poor after-sales service when buying a Blz and when providing assistance, I don't recommend it.

A entrega foi rápida, mas a airsoft que comprei veio com defeito e uma demora e um pouco caso enorme com o cliente...
O wpp que passaram pra resolver o problema não me responderam mais. Sinceramente não recomendo e nunca mais comprarei nada com eles!
Horrible service!
Delivery was fast, but the airsoft I bought came with a defect and a delay and a little huge case with the customer ...
The wpp that went through to solve the problem didn't answer me anymore. I honestly do not recommend it and I will never buy anything from them again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adquiri o meu equipamento de airsoft e recebi hoje (11/05) após 5 exatos dias do pagamento, aparentemente em perfeitas condições, sem nenhum detalhe sequer na caixa. Houve um pequeno gap no conteúdo do site que foi prontamente resolvido pelo SAC e da forma mais favorável ao consumidor. Prezo pela transparência! Recomendo!
I purchased my airsoft equipment and received it today (11/05) after 5 exact days of payment, apparently in perfect condition, with no detail even in the box. There was a small gap in the content of the website that was promptly resolved by the SAC and in the most consumer-friendly way. I value transparency! I recommend!
