★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não respondem Whatsapp e mesmo confirmando duas vezes por telefone não efetuaram a entrega que confirmaram que seria entregue em 26/04/2019. triste confirmar algo e não cumprir, dependia do material para iniciar meu curso hoje e vou ter que comprar em outra empresa pois a mesma não cumpriu o que havia confirmado.
 They do not respond to Whatsapp and even confirming twice by phone they did not deliver it they confirmed it would be delivered on 04/26/2019. sad to confirm something and not comply, depended on the material to start my course today and I will have to buy from another company because it did not fulfill what I had confirmed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ o preço é bom e a qualidade mais perde muito no atendimento não atende no whatsapp e tive duas vezes entrega errada tanto que na ultima estão medevendo uma moldura é uma pena pois terei que procurar outro fornecedor
the price is good and the quality loses much in service does not meet on whatsapp and had twice wrong delivery so much that last time are measuring a frame is a shame because I will have to look for another supplier

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma moldura no dia 20/11 com entrega prevista para 03/12 hoje é dia 04/12 e o estatus do pedido é o mesmo do dia 20/11 ( EM PRODUÇÃO ) e não sai disso entrei em contato pedirão desculpa porque teve um atraso e o pedido estara em rota no dia 04/12 porem até agora nada de chegar em fim vou entrar na paypal e abrir uma disputa
I bought a frame on 11/20 with delivery scheduled for 12/3 today is 4/12 and the status of the order is the same as on 11/20 (IN PRODUCTION) and it does not come out of that I will contact you will apologize because there was a delay and the order will be en route on 12/04 but so far nothing coming to an end I will enter paypal and open a dispute
