Deixei 2 tapetes grandes para lavar, peguei a nota e deixei pago.
No papel diz assim bem grande: RETIRAR DIA TAL APÓS AS 17:00HS.
Fui no dia programado, e chegando lá as 18 horas, adivinha, fechado.
Ligo no outro dia no horário comercial, e ninguem atende.
Vou outro dia, chego lá, 2 pessoas, um rapaz e uma mulher.
Falo boa tarde, gostaria de saber o horario de atendimento:
A Mulher nem olha na sua cara
O menino diz: das 09 as 17
Falei, poxa podiam avisar, pois na nota, no site, tudo mostra até as 19.
E o que aconteceu, nada, apenas um " ah ta" do menino" e da mulher me ignorando.
Agora chego em casa e olho 1 dos tapetes, TEM CABELOS NELE.
Será que lavaram? Pois ficou 15 dias com eles.
Nunca mais volto, péssimo atendimento, não atende telefone, e entrega tapete com cabelos, e nem pra avisar o cliente que chegou.

I left 2 large rugs to wash, took the bill and left it paid.
