★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz contato por telefone, optei pela compra online/video conferencia, fiz o pagamento, mandei o comprovante e depois de 6 dias tive que ligar na central e perguntar onde tava meu certificado..tive que fazer todo processo burocrático...não resolveram na hora mesmo com a falha...vou receber o certificado só amanha se der certo a conferencia/video. Da outra fiz fui presencial e não tive problemas. Caso eu tenha transtorno/prejuizos vou acionar a empresa e registrar no reclame aqui. Obrigado.
I made contact by phone, opted for online purchase/video conference, made the payment, sent the receipt and after 6 days I had to call the center and ask where my certificate was...I had to do the entire bureaucratic process...they didn't solve it at hour even with the failure... I will only receive the certificate tomorrow if the conference/video works. The other time I went in person and had no problems. If I have any inconvenience/losses, I will call the company and register it in the complaint here. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento da Adriana excelente, já levei 3 pra fazer certificado com ela, é impressionante o quanto melhorou o atendimento depois que saiu a outra atendente ruiva, Adriana e Camilla estão de parabéns, não troco de certificadora por causa delas, lugar agora está limpo, café de todos tipo, inclusive, elas deixaram um kit necessidade extremamente fofo no banheiro, é uma Virtua completamente nova, estruturada, diferente do passado.
Adriana's service was excellent, I already took 3 to get a certificate with her, it's impressive how much the service has improved after the other red-haired attendant left, Adriana and Camilla are to be congratulated, I don't change certifiers because of them, the place is now clean, coffee of all kinds, including, they left an extremely cute need kit in the bathroom, it's a completely new, structured Virtua, different from the past.
