★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, não respeitam o contrato.
Não quiseram fazer valer a cláusula de multa por atraso do término da obra. Já que atrasaram quase 3 meses.
No acabamento final deixaram partes fora de alinhamento, se negaram a substituir o fechamento do móvel que instalaram com uma emenda na madeira.
As portas no acabamento laqueado instalaram todas riscadas que por descuido não protegeram a parte traseira da madeira ao cortar danificando o material.
Total falta de profissionalismo.
 Poor service, they do not respect the contract.
They did not want to enforce the penalty clause for delaying the completion of the work. Since they were delayed almost 3 months.
In the final finish, they left parts out of alignment, they refused to replace the closing of the furniture they installed with a seam in the wood.
The doors in lacquer finish installed all scratches that carelessly did not protect the back of the wood when cutting, damaging the material.
Total lack of professionalism.

Não respeitam contrato
Na hora de fechar contrato são pura simpatia
Depois mal falam com cliente
Me entregaram armário cheio de problemas
Sonho de uma cozinha planejada foi pelo espaço
Teria válido mais a pena pagar armário do brechó pela qualidade que recebi meu
Depois ainda dono da loja me exclui da participação do armario
Dizendo que trataria com meu marido
Eu como consumidora não tenho direito pela lei de exigir o que foi combinado ?
Mas dinheiro saiu do meu bolso

Praticamente toda minha casa foi feita com eles e sem dúvida se precisar novamente eles serão o escolhidos. Obrigada Quallity pelo ótimo atendimento.
I could stay here for hours talking about Quallity Planned. What a service that perfection in furniture, always meeting my expectations. Practically all my house was made with them and without a doubt if I need it again they will be the chosen one. Thank you Quality for the great service.
