Tudo executado conforme planejamos e preço justo, atendimento excelente no pós venda também, estamos felizes até hoje com nossos móveis e com a garantia que é cumprida. Todos os móveis planejados do nosso apartamento novo foi planejado, produzido e instalado pelo Quarteto. Todas as etapas do processo foram entregues dentro do prazo e com muita qualidade, não tivemos nenhuma "dor de cabeça". A nossa arquiteta ficou impressionada com eles. Eu recomendo muito o trabalho deles, inclusive não sou o único. No meu condomínio várias pessoas contrataram a Quarteto e não houve nenhuma reclamação.
Excellent custom furniture company that deliver everything they promise. Our experience was excellent. All the furniture in our new apartment was planned, produced and installed by the Quartet. All stages of the process were delivered on time and with great quality, we didn't have any "headaches". Our architect was impressed with them. I highly recommend their work, even I'm not the only one. In my condominium several people hired Quarteto and there was no complaint.

Confesso que, quando quando fomos conhecer está empresa ficamos assim, meio a preensivos, porque iniciamos o nosso projeto e pagamento com 2 anos de antecedência, nem se falava em pandemia.
Eis que, depois que terminamos a reforma do nosso apartamento(2021) entramos em contato com eles para iniciarem o projeto. Eles cumpriram com todos os prazos que estavam previstos e foram ali na risca e nos mínimos detalhes.
Bem, só tenho a agradecer e desejar muito sucesso a todos da equipe da Quarteto...

I confess that, when we went to meet this company, we were like this, a little apprehensive, because we started our project and payment 2 years in advance, there was no mention of a pandemic.
Behold, after we finished the renovation of our apartment (2021) we contacted them to start the project. They met all the deadlines that were foreseen and went there to the letter and in the smallest details.

Os montadores foram organizados e cuidadosos, já que meu apartamento é antigo e não tem planta hidráulica disponível. Depois de alguns meses eu decidi mudar a altura de uma prateleira e prontamente fui atendida. Indico para amigos e com certeza levarei eles em consideração em outros projetos.
I bought my kitchen and the entire process was excellent, from the project to the after-sales. The assemblers were organized and careful, as my apartment is old and has no hydraulic plant available. After a few months I decided to change the height of a shelf and I promptly got it. I recommend it to friends and I will definitely consider them in other projects.

Fizemos com eles os móveis de 3 quartos, 2 banheiros e lavanderia. A entrega foi realizada antes do prazo e para a nossa surpresa com qualidade superior a que esperávamos. Sem contar no atendimento, todos os colaboradores que tivemos contato sendo do comercial, medição, instaladores, pós venda foram sensacionais, e não estou exagerando. Retornam rápido, os agendamentos são precisos, enfim, sem palavras! Ficamos muito felizes com o resultado e a nossa casa ficou linda, do jeitinho que sonhamos. Só tenho a agradecer e parabenizar a todos da Quarteto. Admiro muito o trabalho de todos vocês, tanto o Adriano, sócio da empresa, até os montadores são fantásticos! Não poderia deixar de citar a Greice, que fez nosso projeto e a Jéssica que cuidou e cuida da gente mesmo após o cumprimento do contrato. Podem confiar, indico de olhos fechados.
Unique experience! Tailored Quartet designed the project and carried out with excellence the manufacture and installation of the furniture here at home. We made the furniture for 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and laundry with them. The delivery was carried out ahead of schedule and to our surprise with superior quality than we expected. Not to mention the service, all the employees we had contact with, from commercial, measurement, installers, after sales were sensational, and I'm not exaggerating. They return quickly, the appointments are accurate, in short, speechless! We were very happy with the result and our house was beautiful, just the way we dreamed. I just have to thank and congratulate all of the Quartet. I really admire the work of all of you, both Adriano, a partner in the company, and even the assemblers are fantastic! I could not fail to mention Greice, who made our project and Jessica who took care of us even after the contract was fulfilled. You can trust, I nominate with my eyes closed.
