★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência com essa marmoraria foi um pesadelo total! Marcaram de instalar as pedras num dia e só no dia anterior q perguntei se estava tudo certo pro dia seguinte falaram que não tinha o material da pedra, ou seja, nem tinham começado a confecção da bancada e nem se deram o trabalho de avisar com antecedência. Depois quando a pedra estava finalmente pronta e marcaram a data, faltei no trabalho e fui ate o apto pra acompanhar a instalação e fiquei plantada o dia todo no local e não apareceram só foram responder as 17h da tarde. Marcaram pra outro dia e quando finalmente apareceram, o instalador q fez o trabalho deixou a pia torta, pedi na hora que arrumasse e ele ainda não gostou, fez uma gambiarra lá pra levantar o lado q estava mais baixo q o outro, o resultado foi que a pia RACHOU com a força que fizeram pra subir aquele lado da pia, eu tive q pedir pra substiruirem aquela parte pois nao ia ficar com a pia rachada... ah, e o tanque que mandei fazer esculpido na pedra estava vazando pra todos os lados. No dia que foram fazer a troca, deixaram várias marcas na bancada pq estavam apoiando ferramentas pesadas em cima e ficaram vários buraquinhos na pedra (eles nao usam nada pra protecao do piso, da própria pia.. nem um papelão, nada!) mas eu cansei de solicitar reparo, pq tudo que vc pede pra eles vc tem que implorar, brigar, insistir, te deixam sem resposta, não te atendem, e quando finalmente aparecem, arrumam uma coisa e estragam outra, e tambem pq o serviço da marcenaria ja estava super atrasado por culpa deles, quando o pessoal da marcenaria instalou os armários da pia tiveram um baita trabalho pra disfarçar os defeitos da pia irregular... enfim, ainda tinha mais coisa pra falar mas só de ficar lembrando fico mal.
CORRAM DESSA EMPRESA! se possível não passem nem na calçada! Sou obrigada a dar 1 estrela aqui mas a vontade é dar zero mesmo.

Then when the stone was finally ready and the date was set, I missed work and went to the apt to follow the installation and I was planted all day in the place and they didn't show up until they were answered at 5pm. They set it up for another day and when they finally showed up, the installer who did the job left the sink crooked, asked when it was time to fix it and he still didn't like it, made a gambiarra there to raise the side that was lower than the other, the result was that the sink RACHOU with the strength they made to climb that side of the sink, I had to ask them to replace that part because it was not going to keep the sink cracked ... oh, and the tank that I had carved out of the stone was leaking to everyone sides. On the day they went to make the change, they left several marks on the workbench because they were supporting heavy tools on top and there were several holes in the stone (they don't use anything to protect the floor, the sink itself ... or a cardboard, nothing!) But I I'm tired of asking for repair, because everything you ask them for, you have to beg, fight, insist, leave you unanswered, they don't answer you, and when they finally show up, they fix one thing and spoil another, and also because the carpentry service already I was super late because of them, when the carpentry staff installed the sink cabinets they had a lot of work to cover up the irregular sink's defects ... in short, I still had more to say but just remembering I look bad.
RUN FROM THIS COMPANY! if possible, don't even walk on the sidewalk! I am obliged to give 1 star here but the desire is to give zero.

Não tem material na loja, não te dá suporte necessário, não atende os telefones, não retornam ás ligações. Minha pia está paga, tem 3 meses, e até agora não tem o material para fabricar as peças,Dão sempre ás mesmas desculpas. Um abusrdo! Como uma empresa não tem o material ?? Fui até local, realmente meu material não tinha na loja.Nem se quer sabe quando vai chegar, essa foi á resposta que tive!!! Tinha Sr, reclamando o mesmo ocorrido... O encarregado nunca pode atender as ligações,sempre está dirigido. Inclusive me mandou á mesma foto 2x vezes. Seja é sempre mentira. Sempre vai te dar um retorno, e nunca retornam.nem adalberto,nem luana ninguém. TOTAL DESCASO COM OS CLIENTES, NÃO TEM NENHUM RESPONSÁVEL PARA TE ATENDER. NEM SE QUER UM GERENTE ALGO DO TIPO.
Não cumprir prazos, o dono nunca parece para resolver os problemas. Não tem compromisso com os clientes... NÃO COMPRE!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sem comprometimento nenhum. Depois que venderam, começaram os aborrecimentos, pois não cumpriram o prazo. E o pior é que: 1 dia antes da data combinada, nós ligamos e descobrimos que o pedido nem tinha ido para fabricação e estavam todos perdidos sem saber o q tinha acontecido. Pediram mais prazo e aceitamos, mas novamente não cumpriram. É a 3 vez q pedem mais tempo para a entrega, até agora nada.
Eles não antecipam o problema, temos sempre q ficar ligando para eles passarem prazos q futuramente não iriam cumprir.

Pedi o dinheiro de volta (estorno no cartão de crédito) e nada até agora. Ou seja, paguei por nada...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou tendo uma péssima experiencia com essa empresa, desde 30/12/2021 contratei os produtos e serviços dessa empresa, sendo instalações de pedras em Mármore para 3 banheiros e a pia da minha cozinha, foram atenciosos até o pagamento, após isso foi só descaso, e problemas.. houve diversos erros no meu pedido, desde o projeto até as instalações do qual até hoje dia 24/03/2022 não foram concluídas, sendo que o prazo de entrega e instalações está no pedido, 15 dias após a aprovação do projeto.
Venho manifestar e deixar registrado para que outros consumidores não tenham o prejuízos e desgostos que eu tive, devido a irresponsabilidade e falta de profissionalismo da mesma, acarretou atraso na minha obra, que até hoje não pude me mudar para o imóvel, pois esse é um serviço que complementa inclusive as instalações dos meus móveis.
Foram diversos contato desde a vendedora até o proprietário, ninguém tem palavra não resolvem nada....
Os serviços que foram entregues todos com defeitos e má qualidade na mão de obra.
I'm having a bad experience with this company, since 12/30/2021 I hired the products and services of this company, being marble stone installations for 3 bathrooms and my kitchen sink, they were attentive until the payment, after that it was just negligence , and problems.. there were several errors in my order, from the project to the installations which until today 03/24/2022 have not been completed, and the delivery and installation deadline is in the order, 15 days after the approval of the project.
I come to express and leave it on record so that other consumers do not have the losses and regrets that I had, due to the irresponsibility and lack of professionalism of the same, it caused delay in my work, which until today I could not move to the property, because this is a service that even complements the installations of my furniture.
There were several contacts from the seller to the owner, no one has a word, they don't solve anything....
The services that were delivered all with defects and poor quality of workmanship.
