★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima..horrivel...eles se aproveitam da situacao pra nos cobrar mais coisas. Disseram q ia mim ligar quando fosse cobrado algo mais..n fim das contas fizeram pagguei 2 mil reias.. Ate a comida q deram mim cobraram..safados pessimo atendimento...nao leve seu filho la...o meu xegou assustado traumtizado...cansado...so dorme e ta cm medo das pessoas...vou denunciar
 Very bad...horrible...they take advantage of the situation to charge us for more things. They said they would call me when I was charged for something else.. at the end of the day, they paid 2 thousand reis.. They even charged me for the food they gave me.. bastards, lousy service...don't take your son there...my looked scared traumatized...tired...he just sleeps and he's afraid of people...I'll report

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nao leve seu animal aqui! Nao importa o motivo da tua visita, eles vao te cobrar 1000 reais minimo!, e o pior que nao te falam até o final do serviço. Aí tu começa a ver o detalhe e tem um monte de produtos cobrados que nem te avisaram. A qualidade do serviço é realmente ruim e os funcionarios nao te explicam nada se tu nao pergunta. Além de que esta cheio de baratas. Aí quando tu pede a nota fiscal, tem que esperar 30 minutos porque "nao tem impressora fiscal e precisam imprimir no outro andar" e quando te entregam a nota fisca, tu ve que fizeram 90 notas nos ultimos 3 anos... Sinistro mesmo.
Don't take your pet here! No matter the reason for your visit, they will charge you 1000 reais minimum !, and the worst that they do not tell you until the end of the service. Then you start to see the detail and there are a lot of charged products that didn't even let you know. The quality of the service is really bad and the staff doesn't explain anything to you if you don't ask. Besides, it's full of cockroaches. Then when you ask for the invoice, you have to wait 30 minutes because "there is no fiscal printer and they need to print on the other floor" and when they give you the invoice, you see that they made 90 notes in the last 3 years ... Really sinister.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu não tenho o que reclamar da Quatro patas! Foram muito atenciosos cmg e com a minha filha que precisou ser internada e passar por cirurgia no dia 29 de agosto. Foram muito solícitos em tudo que precisei! Dra Raiana tá de parabéns!!

Certamente se possui um animal que sofreu trauma grave, eles tem uma excelente estrutura e equipe.
Salvaram nossa gatinha que sofreu acidente.

Existe uma enorme falta de comunicação, não explicam as coisas direito se não ficarmos perguntando e ainda assim passam informações erradas (essa foi a minha experiência). Me passaram o orçamento dos exames que a minha cachorra precisa fazer, depois de feito me informaram que o valor tinha aumentado, quando fui pagar o valor estava mais baixo, eu ainda questionei que valor que eu tinha sido informada era outro, mas a atentendende afirmou estar correto, ao chegar em casa recebo uma cobrança no meu WhatsApp do restante do valor que eu deveria pagar, sendo que eu tinha acabo de sair de lá.
Percebi muita falta de profissionalismo.

They gave me the budget for the exams that my dog needs to do, after they were done, they informed me that the amount had increased, when I went to pay the amount it was lower, I still questioned what amount I had been informed was another, but the attendant said to be correct, when I get home I receive a charge on my WhatsApp for the rest of the amount I should pay, since I had just left.
I noticed a great lack of professionalism.

Dia 14 levei minha cadela pra fazer uma tomografia somos de caxias ma, no dia 16 entraram em contato comigo dizendo que as imagens nao tinham ficado muito boas as marcacoes tumorais e etc. Pediram pra q eu a levasse para repetir o exeme no dia 18 eu levei. Esse exame pega contraste e eles como médicos sabem que faz muito mal ais rins do animal e ate por isso mesmo eu fiZ todos exames de função renal e epatica e os cardiologicos pra nao acontecer nada de errado. Pois na segunda eles aplicaram mais contraste nefrotoxico nela e pior removeram ela da clinica sem nos comunicar para uma clinica humana, a mesma ja chegou na clinica muito ruim e apatica. Eu a tirei de la e levei pra outra clinica pra poder tentar recuperar as funcoes dela, fizeram de tudo e ela cada cez pior, a levei pra teresina pra uma das melhores clinicas e infelizmente a minha filha veio a falecer. Entrei em contato com a clinica e os mesmo tiraram a corpi fora. Nao levem seus petes pra esse lugar. Primeira foto como ela chegou pra fazer o exame, segunda como ela voltou do exane e a terceira ja muito ruim na outra clinica.

They asked me to take her to repeat the exam on the 18th I took her. This exam takes contrast and they, as doctors, know that it is very bad for the animal's kidneys and that's why I did all renal and epathic function exams and cardiology exams so nothing wrong happens. Because on the second they applied more nephrotoxic contrast to her and worse they removed her from the clinic without communicating us to a human clinic, she already arrived at the clinic very bad and apathetic. I took her out of there and took her to another clinic to try to recover her functions, they did everything and she got worse, I took her to Teresina to one of the best clinics and unfortunately my daughter died. I contacted the clinic and they took the body out. Don't take your pets to this place.
