★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito mal atendida. Fiquei no caixa esperando pra pagar enquando a funcionária esperava uma senhora idosa que não sabia o Cpf procurá-lo dentro de sua bolsa sem encontrar. A senhora disse que eu poderia ser atendida na sua frente, mesmo assim a caixa ficou conversando e não me atendeu. Desisti de comprar porque tinha que voltar pro trabalho.

Very poorly attended. I was in the box waiting to pay the employee enquando expected an old lady who did not know Cpf look for it inside your bag without finding. You said I could be answered in front of you, but the cashier kept talking and didn't answer me. I gave up buying because I had to get back to work.
Happened yesterday on 14/07/16 at around 18:00

Pra quem gosta de batom matte, esse é o lugar. Tem uma gama enorme de maquiagens. É um pouco caro, mas vale cada centavo.
Excellent service. Salespeople advise in relation to the products, appropriate tone for each skin type and etc.
For those who like matte lipstick, this is the place. It has a huge range of makeups. It is a little expensive, but worth every penny.

As vendedoras são muito solícitas, não te empurram coisas mas sim param para escutar o que você procura, do que você gosta, qual é o seu estilo. Fazem demonstração de um produto que lhe interessa antes de você comprar, para que você tenha certeza de que é isso que você esta em busca e que funciona como prometido. A caixa é rápida e a gerente se encontra ao lado para saber se tudo está okay, ambas sempre sorrindo. É bom se sentir acolhida, não caçada. Loja com gente de verdade e produtos de qualidade!
Recomendação: pincel de esfumar sombra, pó translúcido solto, esmaltes, primer.
Excellent service from the whole team. I usually buy at this unit, I have always been very well attended. The salespeople are very solicitous, they don't push things at you but stop to listen to what you are looking for, what you like, what your style is. Demonstrate a product that interests you before you buy, so you can be sure that this is what you are looking for and that it works as promised. The cashier is quick and the manager is on the side to see if everything is okay, both always smiling. It is good to feel welcomed, not hunted. Shop with real people and quality products!
Recommendation: eyeshadow brush, loose translucent powder, enamels, primer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei muito do atendimento. Amei a nova linha de delineadores neon, comprei o verde! Espero que venda bastante e que lancem deles na versão líquida e em caneta também, veganos, é claro! Acho que poderiam aplicar a promoção de batons a todos os batons. Queria comprar o batom preto, mas estava caro! ?
I really enjoyed the service. I loved the new line of neon eyeliner, I bought the green one! I hope it sells a lot and they release it in liquid and pen versions too, vegan, of course! I think they could apply lipstick promotion to all lipsticks. I wanted to buy the black lipstick, but it was expensive! ?
