O.Bruno é top melhor vendedor consultor ... entrei na loja na intenção de pegar uma base pra minha filha..e ainda naquela sensacao que nao ia pagar 76 reais numa base.. sai da loja com a base dela, um corretivo pra mim e outro pra ela e a cor da minha base anotada... tbm trouxe um rímel de sombrancelha top ... e descobri um perfume maravilhoso que vou voltar pra pegar.. quase que ele me convence a levar a mascara de cilios tbm hahaha sai da loja animada linda...e continuo linda... o Bruno fez praticamente uma consultoria.. ensinou a passar o corretivo, qual a cor certa, como passar a base qual a melhor base ..enfim..top..impossivel entrar sem comprar ...e os produtos..ah os produtos sao maravilhosos qualidade top e preco com bom custo benefício...voltarei com certeza
Look... Bruno's service makes all the difference !! O.Bruno is top best sales consultant ... I went into the store with the intention of getting a foundation for my daughter..and still feeling that I was not going to pay 76 reais on a basis.. I left the store with her foundation, a corrective for me and another for her and the color of my base noted... I also brought a top eyebrow mascara... and I discovered a wonderful perfume that I'll come back for... he almost convinces me to take the eyelash mask too hahaha I leave the store animated beautiful...and I'm still beautiful...Bruno practically did a consultancy...he taught how to apply the corrective, which color is right, how to apply the base which is the best base...at last...top...impossible enter without buying ...and the products...ah the products are wonderful, top quality and cost-effective price...I'll be back for sure

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui comprar um lápis de olho e o atendente disse que não tinha da cor que eu queria (verde com glitter) que não estavam recebendo mais esse lápis. Fui dar um passeio no shopping e pensei que poderia ser um verde normal, voltei na loja e o mesmo atendente me "atendeu", eu então perguntei se tinham lápis verde normal no que ele disse: "Não temos, pq vc não vai na MAC? Lá tem."
Me senti ofendida. Me pergunto, será que alguém, que tem condições de comprar na MAC, iria duas vezes tentar comprar um lápis de olho na Quem disse Berenice? Não sei, mas eu não tenho, por isso fui na Quem disse, Berenice duas vezes em menos de 30 minutos.
I went to buy an eye pencil and the attendant said it didn't have the color I wanted (green with glitter) that they weren't getting this pencil anymore. I went for a walk in the mall and I thought it might be a normal green one, I went back to the store and the same attendant "served me", I then asked if they had normal green pencils in which he said: "We don't have them, because you don't go to MAC ? There has."
I felt offended. I wonder, would someone who can afford to buy it at MAC, would twice try to buy an eyeliner at Quem disse Berenice? I don't know, but I don't have it, so I went to Quem disse, Berenice twice in less than 30 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na loja para buscar meu brinde qdo entrei um rapaz veio todo feliz pra me atender qdo falei que tinha ido buscar o brinde logo fechou a cara e disse pode aguardar no tom de voz muito arrogante , eu ia até comprar uns produtos até desisti pela forma que fui tratada, me senti muito mal .
I went to the store to pick up my gift when I entered a guy came all happy to meet me when I said I had gone to get the gift then he closed his face and said you can wait in a very arrogant tone of voice, I was even going to buy some products until I gave up because of the way that I was treated, I felt very bad.
