★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei sobre o "Maquia Berê" para perguntar se poderia realizar o serviço no momento da compra e a resposta foi sim, assim como está escrito no regulamento do site e também foi confirmado quando eu mandei mensagem na página do facebook. Cheguei na loja e perguntei sobre o serviço e a moça disse que de sexta-feira tem que marcar porque a loja ia encher (quando cheguei haviam 6 funcionárias e nenhuma cliente). Sendo que eu teria que gastar no mínimo 120 reais para poder usufruir do serviço (que de acordo com o site dura de 30 a 50 minutos), não entendo porque elas iriam recusar uma cliente que potencialmente poderia se tornar recorrente e ganhar 120 reais em uma hora para poder "atender" as possíveis clientes que apareceriam.
Fiquei realmente frustada!!!
 I called about "Maquia Berê" to ask if I could carry out the service at the time of purchase and the answer was yes, as it is written in the website rules and it was also confirmed when I sent a message on the facebook page. I arrived at the store and asked about the service and the girl said that Friday she had to schedule because the store was going to fill up (when I arrived there were 6 employees and no customers). Since I would have to spend at least 120 reais to be able to take advantage of the service (which according to the site lasts 30 to 50 minutes), I do not understand why they would refuse a client who could potentially become a recurrent and earn 120 reais in one time to be able to "serve" the possible customers that would appear.
I was really frustrated !!!

This store is in the Paulista mall and I was very well attended. The professionals are great. Store well organized and clean. I loved it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os dois produtos que eu comprei nessa loja no mesmo dia, um rímel transparente e um pó facial, sem sofrerem qualquer acidente, quebraram logo após a compra. Do que adianta ter qualidade se a embalagem não protege o produto? Tive que jogar os dois fora e comprar de outra marca, e os novos estão funcionando perfeitamente para mim.
The two products that I bought in that store on the same day, a transparent mascara and a face powder, without suffering any accident, broke right after the purchase. What is the use of quality if the packaging does not protect the product? I had to throw them both away and buy from another brand, and the new ones are working perfectly for me.

Great service. I really like the brand for its quality and affordable prices and this physical store leaves nothing to be desired. They answered all of our questions and were very friendly. Establishment follows the rules for the quarantine period.
