Like all Body Shop, a delight of aromas. Just got upset by the lack of some products. I don't know if it's the time of the year but, I found it a bit ragged. Price and service are OK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto dos produtos, mas não há a possibilidade de troca em qualquer loja. Hoje fui informada q a troca só pode ser realizada na loja que foi adquirida e com apresentação de cupom fiscal. Muito inconveniente este procedimento! Não presentearei mais com estes produtos...
I like the products, but there is no possibility of exchange in any store. Today I was informed that the exchange can only be made at the store that was purchased and with presentation of tax coupon. Very inconvenient this procedure! I will not present more with these products ...

Fiquei apaixonada pela proposta da loja em que você pode testar tudo e ver se o cheiro e textura dos produtos te agradam, ou se não causam alguma reação alérgica, ou algo do tipo. Recomendo muito a linha Drops of youth e Sakura no ki. E dentre as lojas que visitei, a do Shopping Paulista foi a que me ofereceu o melhor atendimento. Recomendo muito!
I was served exceptionally well by Carol. She introduced me to several products. I was in love with the store's proposal where you can test everything and see if the smell and texture of the products please you, or if they don't cause any allergic reaction, or something like that. I highly recommend the Drops of youth and Sakura no ki line. And among the stores I visited, the one at Shopping Paulista was the one that offered me the best service. I highly recommend it!
