★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes de mudar o nome já havia comprado alguns balões para mesversarios do meu filho e nunca tive problema! Depois que virou Quero Festejar, comprei um cacho personalizado com 4 balões no qual 3 estouraram a caminho de casa e não quiseram trocar!
Before changing the name had already bought some mesverse balloons from my son and never had a problem! After I turned to Party, I bought a custom bunch with 4 balloons in which 3 popped on the way home and didn't want to trade!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência! 30 minutos depois de sair da loja o balão com confete estourou em minha casa, perdi o balão mais legal do cacho sem contar o tempo que fiquei para tirar todo o confete de casa, informei a loja e o respaldo que tive foi “HÁ NÃO! QUE PENA!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Encomendei três balões hoje dia (30/11) para o meu aniversário.
Sendo que o principal era no formato de estrela e com o escrito que eu pedi para colocar. Cheguei em casa e posicionei o balão ao lado da mesa do jeito que eu queria. Após 1 hora o balão principal vuou. Acredito que seja uma falha na amarração do balão, pois é inacreditável soltar desse jeito .
Estou tentando contactar com a loja , porém o telefone só chama e ninguém atende
Paguei por um balão que infelizmente era o mais importante e não vou ter!
Segunda feira estou indo na loja para resolver!
Terrible! I ordered three balloons today (11/30) for my birthday.
Being that the main one was in the shape of a star and with the writing that I asked to put. I got home and positioned the balloon next to the table the way I wanted. After 1 hour the main balloon went off. I believe it is a failure to tie the balloon, as it is unbelievable to release it that way.
I'm trying to contact the store, but the phone just calls and no one answers
I paid for a balloon that unfortunately was the most important and I will not have it!
Monday I'm going to the store to solve it!

Moro a 800km de distância e já fiz vários eventos com os balões da loja, tanto para minha clínica quanto particular e não tenho absolutamente nada a reclamar, vcs foram incríveis!!! A personalização ficou impecável, os balões são de alta qualidade o que dá outra cara para a decoração!! Parabénssss pelo trabalho lindo e de qualidade que vcs fazem!! Super indicoo.. ???
