★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A imobiliária parece ser boa ,só que em meio a pandemia entrei pra olhar um apartamento pra alugar e fui atendida por uma funcionária na entrada que não estava usando máscara. Fiquei bem desconfortável pois todos sabemos o mal que esse vírus tá fazendo. Nem quis olhar direito e fui embora. Profissionalismo e respeito as normas de saúde pública nota zero

Roselene é uma péssima profissional!
Não tem nenhum jeito pra falar com os clientes. Isso porque os próprios que custeiam sua vidinha . Mal educada !
Não liga pro problema dos locatários, não tem a menooor boa vontade de resolver o problema dos locatários.
Ha 15 dias ela sabe que eu estou com vazamento em casa, pagando 200,00 de água, e ela não tem a capacidade de fazer o serviço dela e procurar o proprietário do local e resolver o problema . Diferentemente do irmão José Roberto, que no primeiro contato feito com ele, ele já resolveu pra mim !
Recomendaria esse imobiliária?

Eu GUILHERMO DOMINGUEZ VIDAL FILHO, venho por meio desta nota ME RETRATAR quanto ao comentário feito por fim na página do Google da empresa Quintão Imóveis.
Naquele episódio, sem pensar, fiz o comentário equivocadamente citando que a empresa estava se apropriando indevidamente dos aluguéis dos imóveis administrados por esta.
E em razão do termo utilizado em meu comentário e esclarecendo que nunca tive a intenção de prejudicar a empresa, a presente Nota de Retratação tem como escopo reestabelecer a verdade e dissociar a figura da empresa citada em meu comentário.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu pai como corretor de imóveis, na década de 70 e 80 já encaminhou centenas de clientes para essa imobiliária. Porém, nunca ganhou nada. Enfim, ele teve muita participação no crescimento da mesma, mas, nunca teve esse reconhecimento. Triste fim!!!
