A mesma cria inúmeros empecilhos para liberar vistoria, quer cobrar o conserto de defeitos pré existentes, não cumprem o com seguro que cobrem acrescido do valor da locação para os reparos necessários, passam informações incorretas que causam prejuízo financeiro para o inquilino, e não assumem os erros que comentem se valendo de direitos que infringem o código de defesa do consumidor inclusive com cláusula abusivas em seu contrato. Se forem locar algum imóvel através de imobiliária não recomendo de forma alguma.
 Bad real estate. It creates numerous obstacles to release inspection, wants to charge for the repair of pre-existing defects, do not comply with the insurance that they cover plus the lease value for necessary repairs, pass incorrect information that cause financial loss to the tenant, and do not assume the errors that comment using rights that infringe the consumer protection code including unfair clauses in their contract. If you are going to lease some property through real estate, I do not recommend it at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tivemos uma péssima experiência com a imobiliária. Foram capazes de perder as chaves do apartamento e mandaram uma mensagem falando para "deixarmos outra lá". Como se nada tivesse acontecido, como se não tivessem colocando em risco a segurança dos outros moradores do prédio. Não tivemos sequer um pedido de desculpa e nem mencionaram a possibilidade de trocar o segredo da fechadura ou arcar com os custos de uma nova cópia (que eles pediram com a cara lavada para levarmos lá). Tivemos que arcar com o custo das cópias das chaves dos apartamentos, pois a imobiliária não aceitou fazer cópias para todos os moradores, assim como nós que tivemos que alertá-los que esta era uma questão de segurança. Além de tudo, recebíamos várias ligações de muitos corretores diferentes o tempo todo, o que nos deixava inseguras de acreditar nas ligações. O próprio gerente ficava insistindo muito para diminuirmos o valor do imóvel, mesmo estando pouco tempo à venda nesta imobiliária. Não recomendaria jamais está imobiliária para ninguém.
We had a bad experience with real estate. They were able to lose the keys to the apartment and sent a message telling us to "leave another one there". As if nothing had happened, as if they hadn't endangered the safety of the other residents of the building. We didn't even have an apology, nor did they mention the possibility of changing the lock's secret or bearing the cost of a new copy (which they asked with a clean face to take there). We had to bear the cost of copies of apartment keys, as the real estate agency did not accept to make copies for all residents, as well as us who had to alert them that this was a security issue. On top of that, we received a lot of calls from many different brokers all the time, which made us unsure to believe the calls. The manager himself kept insisting that we reduce the property's value, even though there was little time for sale at this property. I would never recommend this real estate to anyone.

Não recomendo e não voltarei a fazer negócio. Quero deixar minha indignação especialmente com a Funcionária Ana Carolina do encerrame to de contratos. PÉSSIMA, MAL EDUCADA, NAO RESPONDE E-MAIL. Arrependimento
Limited real estate in customer service. They are harsh and difficult to communicate.
I do not recommend and will not do business again. I want to express my indignation especially with the employee Ana Carolina regarding the termination of contracts. TERRIBLE, RUDE, DOES NOT ANSWER E-MAILS. Repentance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência não foi nada satisfatória como proprietária de um imóvel locado pela empresa, contudo como o contrato já foi fechado visando não criar problemas para o inquilino deixarei até o final do contrato por lá. Mas foi totalmente decepcionante a falta de informação e trato comigo.
My experience was not satisfactory as the owner of a property leased by the company, however as the contract has already been closed in order not to create problems for the tenant, I will leave it there until the end of the contract. But the lack of information and dealing with me was totally disappointing.
