★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal atendimento, eramos os únicos sentados no lugar e os garçons se escondiam da chuva.. tivemos que nos levantar para colocar sozinhos outra sombrinha (pelo vento) pq nenhum deles veio oferecer ajuda.. Não recomendo!
 Poor service, we were the only ones sitting in the place and the waiters hid from the rain .. we had to get up to put another umbrella alone (by the wind) because none of them came to offer help .. I don't recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento no carnaval chegamos cedo ,pedimos uma mesa estávamos em 5 e ficamos esperando na areia e ainda estava vazio e nda de arrumar uma mesa pra gente foi chegando outras pessoas sendo atendidas e nda de nós atendermos, falamos 4 vezes até que cansamos e fomos pra outra barraca que fomos super bem atendidos, não recomendo!
Bad service at the carnival we arrived early, we asked for a table we were at 5 and we were waiting on the sand and it was still empty and there was still no time to set up a table for us, other people were being served and there was still no answer, we talked 4 times until we got tired and went to another tent that we were very well attended to, I don't recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estivemos num grupo de 9 pessoas e, durante dois dias nos atenderam de maneira regular... No terceiro dia, exigiriam uma consumação mínima de 150,00 para armar o guarda Sol pro nosso grupo.... Não recomendo a ninguém.
We were in a group of 9 people and for two days they met us regularly ... On the third day, they would require a minimum consumption of 150.00 to arm the umbrella for our group .... I do not recommend it to anyone.

Atendimento Ruim , não faça pedido de porções pois demora horas, pessoal desinformado, não informam ao cliente que existe uma fila bem longos de pedidos, fiz varias reclamações inclusive com a Dona Sra. Beth que não se mexeu de onde testava para ver o que estava acontecendo. Fui por conhecer a Beth e por recomendações de Amigos, fiquei muito chateado com atendimento sendo que levei amigos para conhecer o tal quiosque e rever a Beth.
These positive comments from the service should be from people connected to Beth's Kiosk. Bad service, do not order portions because it takes hours, uninformed staff, do not inform the customer that there is a very long queue of orders, I made several complaints including with Mrs. Beth Beth who did not move where he tested to see what was going on. I know by Beth and Friends of recommendations, I was very upset with care and I took friends to meet such a kiosk and review Beth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente total descaso com o cliente. Chegamos bem cedo antes de todos e distribuíram as melhores cadeiras para pessoas que chegaram muito depois. Pedimos 4 vezes para sermos atendidos e a resposta foi a mesma desde o início. "Ja vamos atender"! E nada aconteceu. Resumos fomos para outro quiosque e fomos atendidos em 3 minutos. Além de serem super solicitos são muitos educados totalmente o contrário dos atendentes da Beth. Lamentavel!
Unfortunately total neglect with the customer. We arrived very early before everyone and distributed the best chairs to people who arrived much later. We asked 4 times to be served and the answer was the same from the beginning. "Let's get it right"! And nothing happened. Summaries we went to another kiosk and were served in 3 minutes. In addition to being super solicitous, many are totally polite the opposite of Beth's attendants. Unfortunate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pouco caso dos atendentes, sem educação, cara feia. Péssimo atendimento... a porção de isca de peixe horrível, além de muito óleo eles colocam só um cheirinho de peixe no fundo e cobrem de cebola empanada tb exarada de óleo.
Little case of attendants, uneducated, ugly face. Bad service... the horrific portion of fish bait, in addition to a lot of oil, they just put a little fish smell in the bottom and cover it with breaded onion, soaked in oil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente horrivel. Nós chegamos, pedimos mesa, ficamos esperando muito. Meu marido se ofereceu, pegou mesa e cadeira. Tbm demoraram mt pra trazer um guarda sol. Pedi uma coca cola pra beber enquanto esperavamos pra pedir o almoço, e a coca nunca chegou. Quase perguntei se a gente precisaria buscar nosso próprio refrigerante também. Um descaso total. Desistimos.
Simply horrible. We arrived, asked for a table, waited a long time. My husband volunteered, got a table and chair. They also took a long time to bring an umbrella. I ordered a coke to drink while we waited to order lunch, and the coke never arrived. I almost asked if we would need to get our own soda too. A total disregard. we give up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRÍVEL! A princípio pedi um pastel que nunca chegou, após uma hora fui reclamar e o atendente nem se quer tinha anotado meu pedido. Depois de mto consumir com meus amigos nesse lugar , na hora de pagar a conta houve um mal entendido e um dos atendentes quis agredir meus amigos chegou a pegar um pedaço de pal para agredir eles, totalmente sem noção, péssima administração, péssimo atendimento, péssima gerência, NUNCA MAIS VOLTAREMOS. Pessoas que não sabem lidar com certos tipos de situações, não devem trabalhar com o público. Lamentável!
HORRIBLE! At first I asked for a pastel that never arrived, after an hour I went to complain and the attendant had not even taken my order. After spending a lot with my friends in this place, when paying the bill there was a misunderstanding and one of the attendants wanted to attack my friends, he even took a piece of pal to attack them, totally clueless, bad administration, bad service, bad management, WE WILL NEVER GO BACK. People who don't know how to handle certain types of situations shouldn't work with the public. Unfortunate!
