★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha esposa é alérgica a camarão e perguntamos a respeito da higiene em relação a contaminação cruzada. Fomos informados que tinham 4 fritadeiras, uma para cada tipo de porção: peixes, frango, carne e camarão.
Pedimos uma porção de isca de peixe com fritas e encontramos dois pedaços de camarão misturados.
Não acredito que de fato tenham algum cuidado com contaminação cruzada ou qualquer outro tipo de procedimento de higiene de um estabelecimento digno.
Infelizmente não há como votar menos que uma estrela para registrar essa reclamação, gostaria de deixar a nota zero ao invés de 1.
My wife is allergic to shrimp and we asked about hygiene in relation to cross contamination. We were told they had 4 fryers, one for each type of serving: fish, chicken, meat and shrimp.
We ordered a portion of fish and chips bait and found two pieces of shrimp mixed together.
I don't believe that they really care about cross-contamination or any other type of hygiene procedure in a decent establishment.
Unfortunately there is no way to vote less than one star to register this complaint, I would like to leave the score zero instead of 1.
