★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi uma porção de quibe que demorou mais de 1 hora para ficar pronta. Péssimo atendimento da proprietária. É lamentável termos que ficar reféns desses serviços precários.
 I ordered a portion of kebab that took more than 1 hour to get ready. Bad service from the owner. It is unfortunate that we have to be held hostage by these precarious services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento e tempo deixou MUITO a desejar, por se tratar de simples 6 pastéis. Tempo prometido de, no máximo 30 minutos, tornou-se 1h13. A cada vez que perguntávamos o tempo aumentava 10 minutos. Não recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento... pedimos dois pratos de comida.. pra dividirmos entre 4 pessoas, pois eu e meus amigos não comemos muito. Comemos em porções pequenas... e pedimos refrigerante..
Nao sei se foi esse o caso.. mas fomos super destratados... demorou, sem brincadeira nenhuma, 45 minutos só pra vim a salada e mais 15 pro prato (os pratos eram de facil cozinhamento)... sendo que teve pessoas que chegaram depois da gente e foram atendidos prontamente... e durante essa espera ninguem veio dar respaldo do porquê da demora da refeição. Teve outro casal que acabara de sentar do lado da nossa mesa e ja estávamos ali há uns 40 min, recebeu a salada junto com a gente e a comida logo em seguida.. enquanto estávamos lá há 1 hora esperando, praticamente o mesmo prato.
Péssimo atendimento, mas péssimo meeesmo
Poor service ... we ordered two plates of food .. to share between 4 people, because my friends and I don't eat much. We eat in small portions ... and order soda ..
I don't know if that was the case ... but we were super disliked ... it took, no joke, 45 minutes just for the salad and another 15 for the dish (the dishes were easy to cook) ... and there were people who they arrived after us and were attended to promptly ... and during that wait nobody came to support why the meal was delayed. There was another couple who had just sat next to our table and we were already there for about 40 min, received the salad together with us and the food right afterwards ... while we were there for an hour waiting, practically the same dish.
Lousy service, but lousy meeesmo

I just didn't get it. The lady who was in the place, apparently empty, ignored our request and went into the kitchen. Beautiful place but the service counts a lot to please the customers!
