★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi minha primeira vez, cheguei toda empolgada para ouvir um bom samba e ser bem atendida, Equipe mal educada despreparada, atendimento péssimo , porção sem comentários porque fiquei a desejar com 2 uma que eu pedi depois de 1 hora vieram avisar que não tinha a porção, depois pedi uma de peixe e a porção veio errada. O funcionário do caixa um péssimo atendimento ele tinha razão e o cliente não. Tive que pedir uma porção pelo Ifood chegou rápido. Depois pedi a conta demorou 45 min para trazerem . As pessoas não estão preparadas para atender o cliente. EU gostei do grupo se tiver que voltar irei com a minha cooler e sento no calçado garanto que não irei me aborrecer.
It was my first time, I arrived all excited to listen to a good samba and be well attended, Poorly polite staff unprepared, terrible service, portion without comments because I was lacking with 2 that I ordered after 1 hour they came to tell me I didn't have the portion , then I ordered one of fish and the portion came wrong. The cashier gave a bad service, he was right and the customer was not. I had to order a portion because Ifood arrived fast. After I asked for the bill, it took 45 min to bring it. People are not prepared to serve the customer. I liked the group if I have to go back I will go with my cooler and I will sit in the shoes I guarantee that I will not get bored.
