★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Havia marcado uma consulta odontológica por uma semana de antecedência, e a mesma foi confirmada no dia 28/06/21 para as 14:45, infelizmente foi uma completa decepção, cheguei as 14:10 e fiquei até as 16h sem ser atendido, uma falta de organização e completo desrespeito, a atendente com uma cara ruim e mal passava informações, a unica coisa que ela sabia fazer era abrir o portão eletrônico e dizer para aguardar que seria atendido.
Cansei de ficar esperando e fui embora sem se quer ter um pedido de desculpas pela falta de tratamento adequado.
E estes serviços seriam pagos (particular) se estes profissionais atendessem de graça ou pelo SUS iria mumificar na recepção sem que alguém notasse ou percebesse.
Deveriam ter vergonha para um prestador de serviços particular.
Atenciosamente a quem presa pelo bom atendimento.

I had scheduled a dental appointment a week in advance, and it was confirmed on 06/28/21 for 2:45 pm, unfortunately it was a complete disappointment, I arrived at 2:10 pm and stayed until 4 pm without being seen, a lack of organization and complete disrespect, the attendant with a bad face and barely passed on information, the only thing she knew how to do was open the electronic gate and tell her to wait that she would be attended to.
I got tired of waiting and left without wanting to apologize for the lack of proper treatment.
And these services would be paid (privately) if these professionals attended for free or the SUS would mummify at the reception without anyone noticing or noticing.
They should be ashamed of a particular service provider.
