Pior experiência q já tive! Levei meu spitz pra uma consulta com o neurologista, ele estava com vômito, convulsões e diarréia com sangue digerido! Ele foi avaliado e o veterinário passou simplesmente quatro vidros de Gardenal pra ele e vários exames q foram feitos lá! Chegando em casa administrei a medicação e o animal amanheceu pior teve reação ao medicamento, entrei em contato com o médico q o atendeu mais não tive sucesso e depois de muito tempo é que ele entrou em contato comigo!! Apesar dos sintomas meu animal não estava desidratado, não tinha febre estava comendo e bebendo! Quando o resultado dos exames saíram o veterinário veio com um diagnóstico de rins q 70% estavam comprometidos e insistia pra eu deixar ele internado, e só sabia pedir exames, nunca passou nada pra tratar os sintomas clínicos do animal além do Gardenal! O problema é que eu tenho um pet shop q tem atendimento clínico e só levei lá pq a veterinária q atendi no meu pet estava com COVID, quando os exames dele saíram ela já tinha retornado e eu mostrei os exames pedindo uma segunda opinião! Só pra constar a veterinária q atendi no meu pet é cirurgiã experiente conheço ela a mais dez anos ! Pra minha surpresa ela me disse q nos exames constava q o meu spitz era insuficiente hepático fez a receita trocou o Gardenal e hoje ele tá comendo ração hepática e estar super bem!! Eu não sou a primeira a reclamar desse médico em específico q atendi nessa clínica! Ao conversar com ele percebi ele nervoso, e pra mim faltou ética profissional! O ocorrido foi a mais de seis meses e ninguém nunca ligou pra saber nada do paciente! Nem o atendimento na recepção foi bom! A única coisa boa ali é o ambiente! Isso daria um processo pq ele fez vários exames e tenho todos q apontam pro mesmo diagnóstico fígado!!
Worst experience I've ever had! I took my spitz to an appointment with the neurologist, he had vomiting, convulsions and diarrhea with digested blood! He was evaluated and the vet simply gave him four bottles of Gardenal and several tests that were done there! When I got home I administered the medication and the animal woke up worse, had a reaction to the medication, I contacted the doctor who saw him but I was unsuccessful and after a long time he contacted me!! Despite the symptoms, my animal was not dehydrated, had no fever and was eating and drinking! When the results of the exams came out, the vet came with a diagnosis of kidneys that 70% were compromised and insisted that I leave him hospitalized, and he only knew how to ask for exams, nothing was ever done to treat the animal's clinical symptoms besides Gardenal! The problem is that I have a pet shop that has clinical care and I only took it there because the vet I attended to my pet had COVID, when his exams came out she had already returned and I showed the exams asking for a second opinion! Just for the record, the vet I attended at my pet is an experienced surgeon I've known her for over ten years! To my surprise, she told me that the exams showed that my spitz was hepatic insufficient. She made the recipe, changed Gardenal and today he is eating liver food and being super well!! I'm not the first to complain about this specific doctor I saw at this clinic! When talking to him, I noticed he was nervous, and I lacked professional ethics! What happened was more than six months ago and no one ever called to know anything about the patient! Not even the service at the reception was good! The only good thing about it is the atmosphere! This would give a process because he did several tests and I have all that point to the same liver diagnosis!!
