★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui informado pela empresa que ocorreu um problema técnico na central de distribuição de internet que ocasionou o corte do sinal. Quero destacar e agradecer a atenção do Renato que me passou as informações necessárias e providenciou a mudança da distribuição via rádio para fibra ótica.
Estou sem internet desde sábado, dia 15/05, passei o domingo tentando entrar em contato pelos números do suporte mas sem sucesso, abri chamado pelo App, mandei msg no Instagram e nada. Hoje cedo consegui abrir chamado pelo telefone mas até agora estou a internet do vizinho. Internet ruim, suporte pior ainda!!

I have been without internet since Saturday, 05/15, I spent Sunday trying to get in touch with the support numbers but without success, I opened a call through the App, sent a message on Instagram and nothing. Earlier today I was able to open a call over the phone, but so far I have the neighbor's internet. Bad internet, even worse support !!

AI VEM DIZER PRA MIM QUE NAO TEVE PROBLEMA QUE NÃO TIVERAM QUEMA DE EQUIPAMENTO E DEIXOU MUITA GENTE COMO EI SEM INTERNET E COM A PROVA DO PROPIO SISTEMA DELES NEM FOI PRECISO PROCURAR MUITO PARA PROVAR! ALEM DISSO O PROPIO TECNICO E SE EU PEDIR A GRAVAÇÃO DA MINHA RECLAMAÇÃO QUE CLARO QUE ELS NAO VAM DA NEH! MAS JUDICIALMENTE ELES TEM QUE APRESENTAR E SE FOR PRECISO PEDIR PEDIREI! E ARRUMAREI TESTIMULHA! OU VOCES ACORDAM EU DA O DESCONTO CABIVEIS OU VOCES VAM PERDE MUITO!
They don't give current answers, don't return to the client reporting the problem, 3 days without internet and they don't solve the problem!
HE COMES TO TELL ME THAT HE HAD NO PROBLEM THAT THEY HAD NO EQUIPMENT BREAKDOWN AND LEFT A LOT OF PEOPLE LIKE HE WITHOUT INTERNET AND WITH THE PROOF OF THEIR OWN SYSTEM, IT WAS NOT NECESSARY TO LOOK MUCH TO PROVE! IN ADDITION TO THE TECHNICAL PROPIO AND IF I REQUEST THE RECORDING OF MY CLAIM THAT OF COURSE THEY DON'T COME FROM NEH! BUT JUDICIALLY THEY HAVE TO PRESENT AND IF IT IS NECESSARY TO ASK I WILL ASK! os técnicos mesmo falaram que foram equipamentos queimados nos postes!
Eu ainda estou com essa internet só porque tenho muito tempo ela aqui mas caiu muito a qualidade dos cabos e atendimento péssimo nada profissional! Ficam enrolando diz que e uma coisa mas e outra e só jogo de empurra empurra! Lamentável! Mas hoje quem lidera em serviços e velocidade aqui no Jordão e a Live!
They're really hiding so they don't pay the duck but they did have problems on Andrade Lyra street from Friday to Tuesday without internet and they're still me!
the technicians even said they were equipment burned on the posts!
I still have this internet just because I have a lot of time here, but the quality of the cables and the service is very unprofessional! They keep saying that it's one thing but another and it's just a game of pushing and shoving! Unfortunate! But today, who leads in services and speed here in Jordan and Live!
