Contudo, um ponto negativo que eu gostaria de destecar, e até dá para entender, são as constantes quedas de sinal, pois mensalmente os cabos são roubados ou danificados. Outra coisa que tenho notado é a inconsistência na velocidade da Internet não que a mesma seja ruim, muito pelo contrário, mas dependendo do que vc for fazer a instabilidade vai atrapalhar.

However, a negative point that I would like to highlight, and even understandable, is the constant signal drops, as the cables are stolen or damaged every month. Another thing I've noticed is the inconsistency in Internet speed, not that it's bad, quite the opposite, but depending on what you're going to do, the instability will get in the way.

Desde que contratei a R.R Fibra nunca mais tive dor de cabeça com conexão, pois conforme contrato a R.R fornece os mega contratado e também a conexão não possui instabilidade e nem interferências. Estou totalmente satisfeita com os serviços prestado, os técnicos são todos atenciosos, educados e simpáticos!
Indico 100% a R.R no meu bairro!!!

Since I hired R.R Fibra, I have never had a headache with the connection, because according to the contract, R.R provides the mega contractors and also the connection does not have instability or interference. I am totally satisfied with the services provided, the technicians are all attentive, polite and friendly!
