★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui pagar a taxa de transferência pelo banco e p minha surpresa estava lá uma multa entrei em CTT c a loja e oq a senhora Emily me passou q eles não tem responsabilidade sobre essa multa pois no dia do ocorrido o veículo não estava na loja ainda, então p nao perder o prazo de 30 dias e ser multado pela averbação tive q pagar, msm explicando a ela q em minha posse tenho documento da loja se responsabilizando por qq ato do veículo pre compra. FIQUEM ATENTOS AO COMPRAR VEÍCULO NESSA LOJA POIS SAO CARROS BONS SIM DISSO NAO NEGO, MAS SE TIVEREM ALGUM PROBLEMA TODOS IRAO SE ESQUIVAR, DIGO TODOS E SAO TODOS MSM. Nessa aí nunca mais se pudesse voltaria o negócio c ctz.
I went to pay the transfer fee through the bank and to my surprise there was a fine there I went to CTT to the store and what Mrs Emily told me that they are not responsible for this fine because on the day of the event the vehicle was not in the store yet, so p not miss the 30-day deadline and be fined for the registration, I had to pay, even explaining to her that I have a document from the store in my possession, responsible for any act of the pre-purchase vehicle. BE CAREFUL WHEN BUYING A VEHICLE IN THIS STORE BECAUSE THEY ARE GOOD CARS YES I DON'T DENY THAT, BUT IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEM EVERYONE WILL DODGE, I SAY ALL AND THEY ARE ALL MSM. In that one, one could never go back to business cctz.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um carro que estava exposto como único dono e descobri que na verdade o carro era de locadora. Gerente ficou de me dar um retorno a semanas sobre esse assunto e até agora nada. Cuidado empresa de má índole!
I bought a car that was exposed as the only owner and discovered that the car was actually from a rental company. Manager kept giving me feedback for weeks on this matter and so far nothing. Beware bad company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otimo atendimento até o fechamento, Porem o pós deixa a desejar muito. Nao respondem whatsApp, nao querem auxlilar e um fica jogando pro outro. compramos um carro e no pós fomos destratados por Todos. Inclusive o gerente Humberto que em nenhum momento nos ajudou.
Great service until closing, but the post leaves much to be desired. They don't answer whatsapp, they don't want to help and one keeps playing for the other. we bought a car and afterwards we were treated by all. Including the manager Humberto who at no time helped us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há 6 meses vendi um veículo com troca, no qual até agora não foi transferido, acarretando transtorno imensos porque estamos recebendo multas. Vamos pedir o bloqueio do veículo junto ao Detran e tomar medidas judiciais .
6 months ago I sold a vehicle with exchange, in which so far it has not been transferred, causing immense inconvenience because we are receiving fines. We will ask for the vehicle to be blocked with the DMV and take legal action.

Nao recomendo.
They sell rotten cars inside and do not issue an invoice if they are going to complain they have to go to court.
I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa loja e de picareta me venderam um carro com o motor fundido e não querem arrumar, não comprem carro nessa loja, não merece uma estrela se que, estou entrando na justiça pra resolver todos os transtorno e incompetente que essa loja tem e nos faz passar. Não compe carro nessa loja que vcs vão ficar na mão sem nem um auxílio a não ser o da justiça. Zeroooo de estrela

This pickaxe store sold me a car with a blown engine and they don't want to fix it, don't buy a car in this store, it doesn't deserve a star if that, I'm going to court to solve all the inconvenience and incompetent that this store has and makes us go through . Don't buy a car in this store that you will be in your hand without even aid other than justice. zero star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tivemos problemas desde a demora da entrega do carro (2 semanas após fechar negócio) até a entrega do carro com vários defeitos (hidráulico, elétrico e mecânico). Nos encaminharam para o pós-vendas não resolveu absolutamente nada, dentro dos gastos tive um prejuízo que gira em torno de 2 mil reais. Por isso, não recomendamos.
