Fiz um tratamento de canal, com menos de 3 meses o mesmo apresentou problema, do nada caiu a restauração que os especialistas fizeram; liguei na clinica e ninguém se prontificou a fazer o atendimento adequado... Eles queriam me atendar com um prazo de 25 dias, imagina só você ficar 25 dia com o seu dente aberto, pois e isso mesmo que eles vão fazer com você, caso você seja burro o suficiente para procurá-los como eu fiz...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabe aquele jogo de cintura?! Empatia?! Simpátia?! Educação?! Falta isso nas recepcionistas dessa clínica... Chega a ser lamentável pois os profissionais pelo qual eu passei no caso 4 são ótimos... Inclusive fiz limpeza, restauração e já ia inclusive colocar aparelho... Passei minha filha com a Dr. Lilian que é um amor de pessoa, mas a falta dos fatores principais citados acima me fez não querer vínculo nenhum mais com essa clínica. Elas estão ali por obrigação e não por gosto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu filho de 1,5 anos para fazer tratamento dentário com a Dr. Lílian, e com 20 dias a obturação caiu, voltei lá e foi feita a restauração. Caiu novamente. O mesmo dente.
Foi um serviço particular, pago a vista, e ainda assim utiliza-se material de péssima qualidade.
Vou leva-lo em outra clínica dessa vez. Nessa ai não volto mais e não indico a ninguem.

Hoje véspera de feriado preciso urgente do reparo pois irei viajar, atendente não responde, não colabora em passar informações. Sempre quando precisa é essa falta de interesse de ajudar, o mais incrível é que esse tratamento eu paguei particular.
