Cheguei no consultorio com 15 minutos de antecedencia disse que tinha consulta marcada, apresentei meus documentos e o cartão do plano como solicitado. As pessoas que estavam na recepção disseram que a dentista não poderia me atender porque não teria tempo e meu horario seria reagendado para outro dia. Sem aviso prévio cancelaram meu horário, sendo que no dia anterior confirmei o agendamento atraves de um link que me foi enviado. Total descaso com o cliente.
I made an appointment on December 10, for December 16 at 12pm. I arrived at the office 15 minutes in advance and said I had an appointment, I presented my documents and the plan card as requested. The people at the reception said that the dentist would not be able to see me because I wouldn't have time and my schedule would be rescheduled for another day. Without prior notice they canceled my schedule, and the day before I confirmed the appointment through a link that was sent to me. Total neglect with the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi bom, agora não sei se e pq meu plano e convênio estão fazendo pouco caso, levei um atestado para ser mandado para o plano em fevereiro, liguei no plano para saber o pq da demora eles me posicionaram que foi encaminhado para eles dia 19/03 e agora tenho que esperar mais 30 dias para o plano liberar pq e norma do plano. Insatisfeita com o atendimento da clínica.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conveniados do BB Dental NÃO procurem por esse local. Meu marido foi a consulta, pois precisava finalizar o tratamento de um canal. Ele chegou na consulta e a dentista se recusou a fazer o tratamento mesmo após questionar se meu marido estava com dor e ele afirmar que sim. ISSO SE CHAMA NEGLIGÊNCIA. Ela alegou que não faria, pois não se sentia segura já que o tratamento tinha sido iniciado por outro profissional. Coincidentemente a recusa ao tratamento veio após perguntar se era pelo convênio e meu marido afirmar que sim. Meu marido está com dor e perderá a tarde de trabalho, pois ela se recusou a fornecer um atestado de comparecimento. Ligaremos na ouvidoria, pois essa situação é absurda.
BB Dental do not look for this location. My husband was the appointment because it needed to finish the treatment of a channel.
